I had such a good experience ordering a ring from Jollys’ website. I needed the ring resized so I called to make sure this could be done and spoke with Tom. He advised me to complete the order he confirmed he had received my request and would ensure the size was adjusted. The next day my order arrived in perfect condition sized correctly I’m very happy with the product and customer service I received. Thank you Tom.

Unfortunately had abit of a negative experience. Purchased a ring sold as Sterling Silver set with black and white diamonds, got it home tested the stones as I do with all new pieces I buy . Nope CZs . Fair enough when I went back and pointed it out they checked and said we’re so sorry this was an error their end and the stones are in fact czs . They did give me a refund of the cost price however at this point I’ve done 2 round trips from Nottingham city centre to Mansfield once to collect once to return. Taking over 2 hours a time so I’m kind of still out of pocket . And I worry that a jeweller that has so much experience missed this . I’d recommend getting your purchases from here verified by another independent jewellers if you have any doubt as if they missed this what else have they missed ?

We have regularly used Jollys for a variety of occasions and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They are reliable and I have no qualms in recommending them to others. It's so nice to find a jewellers that doesn't want to rip you off and is honest. I leave my engagement ring and wedding ring with them and they come back looking like new! Thank you!

I'm so happy with me engagement ring it is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen I can't stop watching it sparkle and twinkle in the light. It's such a lush and flawless diamond solitaire and the Princess cut band is absolutely stunning. I've had so many people admire and complement it beauty. Purchased a belcher chain from here a few years back, staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their stock, took my old chain as a deposit and offered me a 0% interest finance on the new chain and they also changed my tag watch battery whilst I waited 5* service all round!

My partner picked my pandora ring up for me today that needed resizing. When I dropped it off they told me that they probably wouldn't be able to save the pandora lettering on the inside of it because there wasn't much room but I said I didn't mind if they were removed. However I'm very pleased that its still there and my ring now fits perfectly! And it was ready for collection before they said it would be! I was very excited to get my ring back and I'm very pleased with the results and would 100% recommend jolly jewellers to everybody!

Recently took my white gold engagement & wedding ring in to be rhodium coated after wearing them in my hot tub & becoming very tarnished, excellent service & outstanding quality, would definitely recommend Jolly’s & will use again.

Pricing seems good and the staff at the counter are very helpful and kind people, however over the phone customer service is dreadful and it has left a bad taste. Called on the weekend to confirm a time frame, employee clearly did not want to help and did not care about my query
