Had
a
prong
repaired
on
my
engagement
ring.
They
did
a
good
job
and
it
wasn't
expensive.
It
did
take
four
weeks
though
when
I
was
told
it
would
take
2.
I
was
told
they
were
very
busy
as
they
had
just
reopened
(even
though
I
know
I
was
one
of
the
first
to
bring
in
jewellery
after
they
reopened)
and
that
the
goldsmith
had
to
have
a
few
days
off,
so
the
4
week
wait
shouldn't
be
the
norm.
Also,
3
days
after
I
got
it
back
one
of
the
diamonds
fell
out.
I
rang
cresta
and
was
told
that
my
guarantee
was
only
for
the
prong
(which
is
fair
enough!)
and
they
told
me
to
bring
it
in
for
a
price
and
time
estimate.
I
chose
to
take
it
to
another
jeweler
(fearing
another
long
wait)
they
said
that
all
the
crowns
for
all
the
stones
were
loose
and
that
the
previous
jeweller
should
ideally
have
picked
up
on
this
and
let
me
know.
This
may
be
a
one
off
as
I
know
many
people
who
have
had
great
service
and
repairs.
But
I
will
be
wary
in
the
future.

clarify***
the
ring
in
question
wasn't
bought
at
Cresta
and
I
was
warned
that
the
white
gold
is
very
soft
and
prone
to
breaking.
I
still
wouldn't
have
expected
all
the
crowns
to
be
so
loose
after
only
3
days.
