given
my
fiance
and
I
the
worst
shopping
experience
ever.
My
fiance
and
I
went
to
your
shop
on
Tuesday
2
June
2020
to
purchase
a
wardrobe.
It
is
only
after
waiting
for
nearly
45
min
at
your
cashier
to
pay
cash
that
they
informed
us
that
the
stock
for
desired
wardrobe
is
over.
We
went
downstairs
and
chosed
another
one
and
had
to
wait
another
30
min
before
getting
our
receipt
of
payment.
On
Monday
08
June,their
team
came
to
deliver
the
said
wardrobe.The
delivery
vehicle
was
very
dirty
and
the
delivery
agent
was
very
rude
and
imposing.Despite
the
fact
that
a
damaged
wardrobe
was
delivered
to
us,the
delivery
agent
refused
to
take
it
back.As
we
complained
and
refused
to
accept
same,he
insisted
that
my
fiance
signs
on
the
sales
order
note
to
acknowledge
receipt
of
merchandise
saying
that
his
only
duty
was
to
deliver
the
furniture
and
that
he
will
therefore
insert
a
note
on
the
delivery
sales
note
in-order
for
the
concerned
department
to
do
needful.As
my
fiance
went
to
their
shop
today,he
was
surprised
to
learned
that
the
said
sales
note
was
nowhere
to
be
found
and
that
the
shop
will
not
be
delivering
the
new
furniture(the
one
displayed
in
their
shop)
at
our
place
despite
having
paid
transportation
fees
upon
purchase.
We
were
asked
to
returned
the
damaged
goods
and
bring
back
home
the
displayed
one
by
using
our
own
transport.
They
even
refused
to
refund
us
the
initial
transportation
fees
paid.
Another
unprofessional
behavior
is
that
their
shop
whatsapp
call
us.This
act
portraits
how
cheap
of
a
service
TFP
offers.
Their
staffs
are
very
incompetent
and
irresponsible.No
proper
customer
service
except
for
the
sales
staff.I
would
never
recommend
this
shop
to
anyone.This
shopping
experience
has
become
a
shopping
nightmare.
Their
motto
of
'Our
commitment
to
you'
is
totally
BIAS!
