Place si nice, it has 3 slides, the red one is not for the faint hearted, blue one is fun, plastic balls slow you down when you get to the bottom of the slide, kids will surely enjoy it and even adults. Birthday parties can be held here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Closes at 10pm

Booking is available to the public BUT it’s not available to the public. Membership is required. They should change online booking to require membership number before anyone can book. I was able to create an account online so who would think that the actual membership requires payment.

Our go-to with my 1 y/o. Be wary though, unless you are a hotel guest, you are required to pay for membership. Which is 22k for 6-months, or 30k for 1 year. Hotel guests are subject to an 800 entrance fee.

Amazingly poor experience. Don’t waste your money folks! When I complained about the level of service I experienced on check-in I was greeted with even more rude behaviour. If your reading this Shangri-La, you should probably consider how the behaviour of your tenants rubs off on your image.

Great for kids to play with other kids and for guardians to keep up with all the turns and tumbles. 😊 play area is big enough for kids to play through and expend their energy for more than an hour. My kids love it here.

If I compute how much I spend at other play areas vs the one year I pay for membership at Az, az is far more economical for us. it’s unli play if you’re child is a member. My child became more active and it drastically lessened her screen time. She made cute friends too!

The kids will surely love this venue. Also, the kids at heart. They practice 30-minute break for cleanup of the entire play place.

We were able to book a slot online and even got a confirmation email. Upon arrival, we found out its for members only. The staff said "booking is open to public, but it is not for public". Does not make sense! Waste of time. Unfriendly staff too.

It should not be listed as a public playground, or at least be stated membership required or for hotel guests only, waste of time for walk-ins, lesson learned, check the comments and review section first.
