Very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a fine sand. The food was excellent especially the pizza.

Nice place to visit when you’re in Subic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to both locals and foreign visitors. The place is very clean. Great experience!

During part of our holidays, we stayed in the corner executive suite and got another room for the kids and yayas across from us. Positives: - Great view of the boats below. - Try their pizza bread at the restaurant (forgot what it's called), stretchy cheese and great taste. Could be better: -Sometimes there is a very loud, distracting fan like noise coming from outside. This goes on throughout the night and day. - Disappointed that the jacuzzi in our bathroom was dirty so could not use it. When we filled with water, put soap, and turned on the jets, the bubbles came out this gross brown and black color, maybe molds or some sort of dirt in the jets. - We pointed this out to the front desk and to make us feel better they took the aforementioned pizza we ate off the bill. Not sure if it was a fair trade given the price of the room, but appreciate that they tried to make some sort of amends.

Subic Yacht Club is one of the great things in the area if you have a boat. Good security, protected moorings, nice gym and facilities.

Well it's very smart and the restaurant and terrace are stylish with good water views The food was fine and of course it was expensive which keeps my rating low Also uneccesarily repetitive COVID vaccination checks on certificates - how many times is it necessary to check this in the space of 100m? A bit bureaucratic and off-putting. You don't feel like a customer at all

There was a big party with very loud music going till very late thats enough to ruin the night at this supposed "high class" hotel that doesn't even consider their other guests. The service was terrible too having to ask multiple times for things and another weird thing is they charge you EXTRA if you bring in outside food to eat in your room! Ridiculous! Seriously save yourself some stress and choose another hotel.

The hotel is quite expensive (we had a 15k room sponsored by Lazada) . But it has a free buffet breakfast, with a bath tub. You have to wait for the sunset for an amazing view with all the yachts. The pool is also enjoyable to swim with. You may go to the ocean park nearby to make the stay worthwhile. You may book at metrodeal for a cheaper price.

Bad service the way, the waiter treated us is just rude even tho i literally had a Dior perfume in my purse. The waiter was even rolling his eyes.BAD SERVICE NEVER EAT IN THE RESTO.

Guard here requires us to pass through a different entrance because of the camera equipment. They said that it would be checked and listed. Upon entering the staff entrance. They just listed our names and did not check our equipment. So what's the point of us going there in first place. And then, when we are about to leave. The three guards are extremely rude. Saying that we don’t have our equipment listed in the logbook. They are demanding us to go back down the staff entrance and list our equipment even if we are about to leave already. They kept arguing that we should have listed it down. But we just followed the morning guard’s instruction in the first place to list down our names. We did not like how rude they acted to us. They could have asked politely first.

Did the Christmas Light Boat tour, was pretty cool. Downfall is they only serve beer here. Never been to a yatch club where they don't serve GnT's...odd. Still was a good tour.

Don't go to the restaurant unless you want to be disappointed. We placed our orders and waited for 30 minutes so we followed up and was told it would take another 10 minutes. However, after another 15 minutes the waiter informed us that the steak we ordered is out of stock. 45 minutes to check for something in the kitchen? I wonder how the food would turn out from a chef that needs that long to look for a steak but I wasn't interested to find out. We came to celebrate our anniversary but we left hungry and disappointed.

Spent overnight here.Thankful for having generous friends like them. The place was quite old but the pool and the views were indeed amazing. Loved our room where we stayed it's clean, aircon was extremely cold (chillin') the food at the resto was delicious. We were assisted by their accommodating and approachable service team feel like were the most impt person in the universe lols. Keep up the good work. Hats off 😍😍😍

Encountered a very rude guard today (Gate 2, 9am) December 23, 2023 who shouted at me for entering a wrong gate. Yes, you are maintaining exclusivity but there are methods in which you can do so professionally, He could have educated me in a respectful manner. Tell your guards to be courteous and respect visitors. THEY ARE AT THE FRONT OF THE FREAKING HOUSE! AND THEY REPRESENT YOUR BRAND! PWEH! I Will not recommend this facility to anyone. 0/5 REVIEWERS READ NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!

Enjoy coming here, we just witness couples getting married and we enjoy the food they’ve served. The staff is hospitable and place is spacious.

Lovely place for a meal. Food and staff were of high level of quality. Building looks grand. Many beautifull boats are docked, nice to look at when doing a short after dinner stroll.

Needs work. Pool was somber looking. Water has a stench. Good size hotel well located.

Its a very nice place to visit, instagramable background, 2 restaurant to visit, casino and swimming pools.

Outside view was good to watch, but service was not as good. We had to ask for serving utensils AFTER ordered foods were served. Butter was hard (fresh from the fridge) when served for my pancakes. Polite staff though, that made up for minor discrepancies.

Review is strictly for the Restaurant. Took my wife here for her birthday “thinking” it would be better service since they are typically serving the “Yacht Club” and “Casino” clientele, but that was a mistake. It seems typical standard service as “most” any restaurant in the Philippines. The “Waiter” because his name tag said so, was not familiar with the menu. My wife spoke to him in Tagalog and I reiterated in English as he was speaking English, we wanted to make sure the starter/appetizer came out before the meal and he acknowledge. It did after about twenty minutes and then he returned with the main meal within about five minutes! Also our Steak dinner came with a side salad and as he was walking away from taking the original order, I stopped him and asked did it come with dressing. He then acknowledged it did but was confused when I asked were we able to select the dressing. He stammered a little and then I asked what are the choices. It is beyond belief the lack of training that is given to the majority of the working staff in the job market. I also had asked if the had a manager, they acknowledged they did but he never came to the table. Long story short: Don’t expect much when you go the Yacht Club restaurant “Cambusa Bistro” for if you do you will be disappointed.

Stayed here for one night of a business trip. Check in was smooth, staff was friendly. Room was spacious with nice view of the marina. Hotel has a casino in it. Casino was clean and had a new look to.it. It was Thursday night so not too crowded. Has slots and most important to me card table games. Enjoyed the casino. Rooms were clean but seemed a little old. Whirlpool bath tub was relaxing. Fancy shower with many different heads, some of them did not work right. Shower stall was too small. Bathroom was good sized. All in all the hotel was above average, staff were helpful and friendly . Breakfast was included in room rate. Breakfast was ok, not great, but was well presented and tasted good. Only detractor for the hotel it is quite expensive in relation to other hotels in the area. But, if you want to just relax or go to a nice small casino i recomend the Yacht club

I’m no longer wondering why no one wants to book here. For the Ironman weekend, we booked two rooms for 4 persons. We were lucky because we were told there were two adjoining rooms in the 3rd floor. But we had the most disappointing check-in when we were told they still have to check (what they have earlier already confirmed). Very poor communication among the staff. Upon entering the Gambusa cafe, we were not given any attention when there were only 4 tables occupied. We had to get the menus ourselves. The waiters had very heavy legs and arms, as if they were not motivated to serve the customers. Everything that we do around here requires coupons- breakfast, gym, pool, towel, etc. Who does that anymore? The rooms smelled old and moldy. The gym is terribly run down with 2 treadmills from circa 1990s. It was probably the same treadmill I ran on when my 20 year old daughter was a baby. The place desperately needs a complete overhaul.

Had lunch here one time, place was okay, shotel food was okay, yatchsmwere cool.

For a while I thought that I was transported in Naples where they serve thin crushed pizza. Served in a wooden-plank that looks authentic and pleasant. We ordered all meat and was mortified when I tasted it. All i tasted was the overpowering saltiness that’s coming from enormous quartered sausages. I didn’t see any pepperonis and missed the fun of eating gooey mozzarella. Outside ambience is good but the food is totally skippable!!

Easy to dock they make sure they have great doc boys who know how to help in every way the grounds are keep up docks are all in great working condition by far the best marina I've to in the Philippines they also have hotel if needed and casino play ground for kids swimming pools not sure if they have laundry area since we had no need for it

Ridiculous security just getting in the front gate. Just a marina but you'd think it was a military base or something.

I've tattooed here several times I can say that the management are friendly and the area is clean the food is good and completely best for couples and family , and nice sunset view of the subic bay

Place is nice as a hotel of course and the views of the Marina is spectacular. Had room upgraded to marina views. Bedding check ✅ The bath tub jacuzzi emits rust like substances and maybe it hasnt been used for a long time. Casino is ok. But nothing putside of the area.

Best value in Subic Bay Free port Zone! Large clean rooms. Spacious lobby. Extra large and well kept pool. Attentive and kindly service. We have stayed many times and will again.

A business establishment with a pleasant customer service will always be a best place for hangout.

Food is good. A good place for photo op. But not the same as it's former glory.
