Because
she
wanted
to
sleep
she
didn't
let
me
go
to
my
paid
room?
I
went
on
a
business
trip
to
Europe
by
car.
I
arrived
in
Genova
by
ferry
on
the
4th
of
May
2023,
which
the
following
day
I
would
have
left
and
continued
my
journey
to
Munich
for
a
business
meeting
and
display.
I
already
booked
and
paid
for
the
room.
The
Agency
of
the
ferry
notified
me
that
the
ferry
would
be
late
and
I
told
the
manager.
Already
at
this
point
in
time,
she
wrote
a
message
with
a
tone
that
surprised
me.
She
said
she
wants
to
sleep
at
23:00
and
that
the
next
time
when
I
am
booking
a
room
I
should
book
one
with
24-hour
front
desk
service,
but
she
said
that
she
would
let
me
in.
The
ferry,
although
late,
kept
to
the
updated
time
but
they
didn't
let
the
ferry
dock,
resulting
in
further
delays.
From
21:00
we
kept
messaging
on
WhatsApp.
At
23:38
she
told
me
that
she
wants
to
go
to
sleep
and
that
she
will
close
the
gates,
but
at
23:46
I
was
already
off
the
ferry.
I
was
only
40
minutes
away
from
her.
It
was
past
midnight
when
I
could
stop,
but
since
it
was
past
midnight
the
booking
systems
changed
from
4-5
to
5-6,
so
I
could
not
book
online.
I
spent
around
half
an
hour
past
midnight
looking
for
a
place
to
sleep
but
with
no
success.
One
year
ago
I
had
a
serious
accident
and
I
became
disabled
and
have
a
lot
of
pain
in
my
spine.
My
car
was
full
of
expensive
items.
I
would
have
wanted
to
be
ready
and
rested
for
the
business
meeting
on
Friday
afternoon,
and
sleep
at
a
safe
place.
Instead,
I
could
only
rest
for
one
and
a
half
hours
at
a
gas
station
nearby
in
the
6-degree
celsius
night.
I
hope
she
slept
well.
The
last
thing
she
wrote
to
me
was
that
she
would
contact
me
the
next
day.
Since
then
I
still
didn't
get
a
response
of
any
kind
and
neither
my
money.
She
locked
me
(
a
physically
disabled
person)
out
so
she
could
sleep
one
hour
more?
This
type
of
"person"
is
unqualified
to
work
in
hospitality.
Being
late
was
obviously
not
my
fault
but
she
still
punished
me
for
it.
If
someone
needs
proof
of
this
conversation
I
can
send
pictures.
I
still
haven't
received
the
payment
for
the
accommodation
back.
