👍👍 Absolutely love this place. Very much worth it to check out some really cool rides. Although, I will admit it is a pretty penny to have a garage, from a car guys standpoint it is worth every penny! Absolutely loved the speed fest and the cars and coffees in the summer! Highly recommend checking it... People often mention cars, track, time, sprinkler,

Great venue for everything automotive. In addition to the track and private garages, they also have an event center perfect for any occasion. Their monthly Cars and coffee on Saturday mornings is always awesome, and they put on great events!

M1 concourse is fantastic! We are lucky to have such a first-class facility in our state. I'm not aware of any place like it. If you are lucky enough to attend ANY event there you will not be disappointed. World-class facility with excellent helpful staff. Crowd control and traffic control were flawless no waiting or crowd problems at all. Which if you think about it during dream Cruise that's a feat that's almost impossible to accomplish. If you're a car enthusiast they have multiple events throughout the year that are well worth going to. Check the schedule at their website. If you do go there's two entrances on the south side of the track which are usually the best ones to go in. We went last year for roadkill nights and it was so much fun, they had food trucks, drag racing, merchandise booths, displays, free temporary tattoos and a skid pad setup where they burned the tires down to the steel belts all day long. Tried to go again this year but the city of Pontiac moved roadkill to downtown and it was not nearly as good. It was confusing to figure out where to go and spread out all over the place. It was so much better at M1 concourse I hope they move it back. The following weekend we went to the Dream Show at M1 concourse and it was awesome! They had a museum with really cool cars, live music, plenty of food, outdoor couches, large shaded seating areas and hundreds of cars from classic to modern-day supercars parked around the ring of the track. It was great to grab some food a drink and walk along checking out all the show cars. If you like to race you can buy a condo there and keep your race cars right at the track. Great times to go and race with your buddies and entertain. Highly recommend. I've never had a bad time there. Only good things happen at M1. Keep up the great work guys!

Decent time, but overrated and price. Kids ride along didn't impress them and my money could have been better spent. I tried to get a refund a week prior to the event and they refused. Horrible customer service!!!

M1 has plenty of free events scheduled throughout the summer. I went to the Cars and Coffee, which is the first Saturday every month. It was a blast!!

I had a very bad experience. Would never attend again. I attended a cars and coffee event. At the time I arrived at the gate I was told to pull up closer which happened to be under the sprinkler. I had to dry off the car from being soaked from the sprinkler and not to mention it appears that I have paint / and or cement all over the passenger side of my car which could be related to the construction out front. After the sprinkler system shut off, I quickly had to get out and dry off my car in order to not get water spots from the sun. I had the car all cleaned up for the CARS & COFFEE Car show. It was very embarrassing to get soaked by the sprinkler while waiting in line and not to mention whoever was at the front gate was very rude. The gentleman working the front gate, said pull up under the sprinkler or go to the back of the line. I simply asked if I could move to the side, or a different location. I had other friends walk up to me as I was waiting in line and just laugh hysterically as my car was being pelted by the sprinkler. If you guys had someone in that spot with a LAMBORGHINI, MCLAREN, ETC. I know that would not have been acceptable. Nor would they have stood for it.

They host a lot of great car events all through out the summer! I would love to try a track experience here in the future!

This is a review of the 2023 American Speed Festival at the M1 concourse. I attended the previous years and always enjoy seeing exotic and rare cars especially around the track. Everything is very accessible and the entrance fee reasonable. I have been lucky with the weather each time which helps. My only gripe is parking. This year I went to the parking lot at the old Fiero facility. Took me a while to find it since there were no signs and GPS only took me to the general area. Bit of a rundown lot with only a few cars when I arrived mid-morning on Saturday. No attendant. Fortunately a shuttle bus showed up when I got there so I knew that I was in the right place. BTW the shuttle service and drivers are excellent. Loved the cars and especially the array of Ford GTs in the main concourse.
