Bought a pie and sausage roll on my way through Goulburn. Pie was super flaky with a crumbly but sturdy bottom crust. Sausage roll was also super flaky with a good filling.

I’m an old truck driver who used to stop at Bryant’s pie shop many years ago before the freeway bypassed Goulburn usually around 4am they’d always unlock the door and serve the truck drivers always remember there kindness plus the pie’s where great thanks again BRYANT’S PIES

I was glad I stopped here on my way to get my car from Goulburn Smash Repairs. As is pretty much always the case when I enter a bakery, I wanna eat 17 different things (and probably could... I may be a skinny guy but my stomach is all-eyes). Anyway, I went modest and had two end pieces (sold at the counter for $3 a pop), a flat white (which was spot on, thank you very much) and passionfruit yoghurt. This was at like 9AM on the 8th of November, 2023. The staff were good, serving me and others while having a bit of good ole banter with a table of local regulars, by the sounds.

Pies pastries were not cooked through. Curry Lamb the curry was not cooked properly. It was powdery. 3/10 Had big breakfast. They missed out on the mushrooms. And for 15.50, it was two eggs on two white toast with 2 pieces of bacon and one fried tomato. 3.5/10

Best pies ever! Always hot and fresh and friendly service. Been coming here for 25 years at least and still my favourite pies

What happened to this place the pies taste terrible. So disappointed, used to look forward to stopping here, never again. Zero star rating

Sorry , but the family size steak pie ( which is actually MINCE ) is absolutely putrid ! . No way it was going anywhere except the bin 🤮
