At the very entrance, we are greeted by a smiling gentleman at the reception desk. Everything is very well-kept. The rooms are intimate. A good place for a moment of rest and relaxation, not only for your health.

An intimate place in Ursynów, perfect for relaxation. A session in the salt cave giving relaxation, peace and time for yourself. Inconspicuous infrared sauna - individual session. I recommend it to those who value peace, discretion and intimacy. The wonderful owner takes care of the peace and atmosphere. And for those who want to bring a bit of a salt cave to their home, it is possible to purchase salt lamps, essential oils and other small items. This place has such an amazing soul and at the same time it is my relaxation/reset cave. First of all - the owner is super communicative, nice and helpful. Secondly, the cave is not large, so it is intimate. Thirdly, booksy+multisports and other cards. Fourth, separate sessions for children and adults. Fifthly - the option of Yoga in the Grotto... I could go on and on... I enter the grotto for 45 minutes to cut myself off from the world (I turn off my phone) and allow myself to calm down or meditate. I highly recommend it both for health purposes, but also to allow yourself an hour of complete silence from all potential stimuli in this overstimulated world.

Przychodzę do groty solnej z moim trzyletnim synkiem. Już po przekroczeniu progu czuje się miłą atmosferę, gdy wita zawsze uśmiechnięty właściciel. Grota jest niezwykle klimatyczna i przytulna. Słychać relaksujący śpiew ptaków. Mój synek uwielbia się tam bawić i patrzeć na zmieniające się światełka na suficie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!!!

Uwielbiam tu przychodzić. Jest to miejsce, w którym można w pełni się zrelaksować, jak również zadbać o swoje zdrowie. Od wejścia witają nas piękne zapachy i przesympatyczny Pan Właściciel, a przez cały pobyt towarzyszy nam domowa atmosfera. I co najważniejsze - korzystanie z groty naprawdę przynosi efekty. Polecam przede wszystkim osobom, które zmagają się z problemami zatok, ale także tym, którzy czują się zestresowani i przygnębieni :)

Trafiłam tu przypadkiem przeglądając ofertę Multisport, ale wiem, że będę częstym gościem! Korzystałam z seansu w grocie solnej - świetny relaks na zakończenie dnia. Miejsce jest bardzo przyjemne, czyste, wnętrze estetyczne i zachęcające do powrotu. Obsługa miła i sympatyczna. Polecam!

Great place😍✨ The infrared sauna is brilliant, you can ask for essential oil which will make your time in the sauna even more pleasant. The room with the sauna is very comfortable, with a shower. Very nice gentleman at the reception who explained everything. Everything is a plus. I heartily recommend it 🥰
