I had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and polite.. no issues with my service animal getting in and there was not many people so it was not crowded at all. If your a Selena fan you must check it out for only 5$... I wanted to spend more so I bought a top in the gift shop.

A very friendly staff. Enjoyed the tour a lot, but I particularly enjoyed the gift shop. Spent way too much, but it was well worth it. Here's a suggestion to the gift shop staff: how about selling Selena pens and notebooks (journals). I love stationary! Or how about a Selena ink stamp or Selena's famous red lipstick in a purple casing and rhinestones with her signature embossed on the outside of the case?? Just some ideas. 😁❤

Great place to visit for Selena fans! I loved the literature. I loved seeing all the wardrobes that Selena used to wear. Very well organized. Very nostalgic.

A must go place if you grew up listening to Selena. We enjoyed listening to her music while touring the museum and watching her famous outfits, awards and pictures. Such a beautiful young talented person taken away from us. My dad really enjoyed been photographed at the museum. The location is ground level and wheelchair friendly. My dad has really bad knees and always in pain and he did just fine.. just look at him!! :) Of course everyone is different but definitely not an inconvenience with those with mobility issues. The store it’s a little overpriced in my opinion but to be fair the tickets to go in are only $5 bucks so it’s not bad at all. Also don’t forget to visit her statue located on Ocean Dr/Shoreline and her tomb. My dad was a hardcore fan and it was a nice little tour.

Great museum to connect with all things Selena! Great intro in the original recording studio and great displays of personal things throughout. I loved the outfits on display. Gift shop has a lot of t-shirts. I loved the room with all the fan art. I would have liked to have seen more concert or interview videos throughout, but a concert video plays in the gift shop. We went on a Tuesday and got there at about 10:30 am and waited in line about 15 minutes to get in. Spent about 45 mins. Would recommend to any fan or any music fan.

This was a nice addition to our trip to Corpus Christi! I didn’t realize Selena’s connection to the city until after we had planned our trip. The highlight of the tour, to me, was being able to walk through her recording studio before entering the museum, which contained lots of very interesting items such as awards, clothing, and even her car. I only give four stars because I felt like there could be a lot more done to help visitors understand who she was. There were very few signs or descriptive pieces. However, it was easily worth the admission price. Highly recommended!

A must see for any Selena fan! I grew up listening to her music and love the Selena movie with her being played by Jennifer Lopez. It’s $3 to enter and located in Corpus Cristi Texas where the singer lived and grew up. From the outside of the building you wouldn’t expect much but you’d be surprised by how much they managed to fit into the museum. The museum is owned and ran by her sister Suzette who you will see from time to time. Upon entering the museum you see many of the items shown in the movie but obviously the real version. The most exciting things to see her her Grammy award and her iconic purple jumpsuit. You be surprised to know that they did manage to put her red convertible on display in the museum as well.

Great tribute. I recommend visiting where music was made. Not expensive at all. My wife loved it and was in her early 20s when Selena passed. She loved all the items on display as well as touring the studio.

It's a small building but worth the wait to get in. The tour guide was super chill. There is a perfume smell in the museum. Someone said it was the perfume Selena often wore, but I don't know if that's true or not. It smelled great though! Also, all her original outfits are there. It is something else to see these in person, especially her Astrodome costumes. Selena had a great talent not only in entertaining, but also in fashion. One of the best things was meeting her father, Mr. Quintanilla. He was very down to earth. I bought a copy of his book and he signed it for me!!! I overheard him saying that he would love to take individual pictures with everyone, but he didn't want to take up everyone's time. So he did group photos as much as he could. He was extremely nice to me. He's also a fellow veteran, so we actually share some common ground! The price for adults to get in is $5 and it is well worth it. A must for any Selena fan!

It's a small place but with a lot of Selena things. She did a lot of accomplishments. Proud parents. Staff was very friendly $5 dollars for adults. Handicap accessible inside the museum. They have a small portable ramp in the entrance. You have to ask for it. I wish the gift shop had v neck shirts. They should be open on the weekends. I did not see Abraham or suzette.

This has been on our list , so while visiting Corpus Christi we had to stop. Great staff members , I felt a tad rushed in the beginning and it may just be how the tour is set up. So when you first enter make sure to soak up all the photos and history, we did not come back to this area including the piano room. We had plenty of time in the main area where all the memorabilia is and the gift shop .

It's alright, I mean don't get me wrong Selena was one of the greatest female voices this world has ever known, but the building itself feels like it's lacking something. In my opinion I feel like Selena deserved more.

Small museum that feels personal with great authentic artifacts throughout. A must visit for any Selena fan to visit the building where many of her hits were created. The tour was quick and you can look as long as you like. We left enjoying our visit.

Amazing experience! So great to know that it's ALL ORIGINAL- to see the studio was just spectacular! Nice slideshow and nice clean presentation. I attended her last concert in Houston in 1995 and I was only 9 years old- I will never forget!

It was a beautiful and emotional experience. You don’t have to be a fan to recognize the impact Selena had on our lives. She was an amazing person that accomplished so much through her life. This museum was an experience to remember. It was great to walk in and see the tribute done in her name. The Selena store was reasonable prizing. Entry fee to get in was $5 for adults and $3 for children. Outside you could Selena’s tour buses. Although, you couldn’t get close to them. I would recommend for anyone to visit this museum.

Beautiful museum dedicated to Selena. The museum is ran by Selena’s family. Her nephew was our tour guide. We were able to walk around and take pictures. We loved our time there!

I was very excited to finally get to see this museum. It was so great. It's not very large, so it was easy to see and enjoy all of Selena's memorabilia and some of her personal items. I didn't realize it until after that Selena's father was sitting at a desk to the right of the door when we entered. He was quiet, stern, and didn't smile (my dad was like that too😊), but it was cool to know that it really was him at the door. Selena's Sister Suzette also works there too and we were told that either their dad or Suzette makes it a point to be there everyday. This museum is such a wonderful tribute to a special talented person!! 💜💜💜

Well worth the modest price of admission. Excellent collection and presentation of Selena photos, memorablia, clothing/costumes, personal property, and even her red Porsche. Studio was cool, too. A MUST stop for Selena fans...and anyone who appreciates home-grown talent and quality music.

I've gone countless times, I've even had the wonderful experience of meeting Mr. Quintanilla, Suzette Quintanilla, and her keyboardist Ricky Vela. Today, though, at this visit, I saw certain changes since the last visit. Admission is now $5, they made the picture room near Selenas car bigger as well as the gift shop. I had a wonderful time as always.

Great experience. They have so much memorabilia from her career and personal life! And a ton of shirts to purchase in the gift shop. Even snuck a pic of her dad, Mr Abraham.

Such a great experience. You wait to do a group tour for the first part and then you get to go by yourself for the second part. You can feel the love, Selena. It's a must-stop for all the Selena fans out there. You won't be disappointed.

We had the best experience! Here to celebrate my child’s 16th bday and traveled 17 hours from Charlotte. We met up with family from Ca and NY and started our Texas adventures with the Selena Museum. It was great to see all the memorabilia and all of her outfits, awards, Porsche, personal belongings and of course being in the studio that she actually recorded in. It was everything my child was looking forward to seeing. Of course we bought a ton of items from the gift shop too.

If you are a fan, its worth stopping by. The place seems to be run by her relatives and there's a lot of love that went into this place. The place really flooded a lot of fond memories of watching Selena perform on tv when i was a teen. The photos reallt dont do it justice. Its only $5 to see and there are two more Selena public sites free of charge.

I love Selena 🫶🏽 So this was a dream of mine sort of a bucket list kine of thing. At only $5 admission, how could n e one not visit a museum dedicated to such an amazing soul that graced us w/ her voice, talentz, unforgettable fun personality, timeless songz, videos, television, memoriez, and presence. During one of my tripz to the beautifully talented late Tejano music legend, Selena Quintanilla-Perez's hometown of CorpusChrist, Texas. It was a dream come true to have the opportunity to see where it all pretty much started n sadly came to an end. Her life was stolen to quick but her memory livez on. She will never b forgotten. W/ that said, I definitely look forward to visiting again mayb during a personal vacation or an aviation lost day n explore the many areaz n Corpus Christi that Selena had history w/ ❤️
