My father is the owner of the property Las Pilas, which will be renamed “Julia’s National Park”, in honor of our grandmother . I love reading the reviews and am excited for you all to see the renovations my dad is working on. This is most beautiful waterfall of Morazan . The dirty road is very hard to get there with a Hyundai Elantra or a Kia soul. Is about 15 minutes from Rio Sapo to juateca. To get there you need to take your own food, there nothing to buy.. With a 4x4 is better to get there.. The parking cost $4 dollars and $2 dollars for person.. The waterfall is about 30 or 40 feet height. Water is very clean and little cold. From parking to waterfall take about 15 mins walking. There you can cook your own food. From main road to waterfall is about 20 mins by car. Maybe is quickly with a 4x4 pickup ..

A beautiful waterfall with an easy hike (5-10 minutes) to reach from the road. After the town of Arambala, a 4x4 vehicle could get close to the waterfalls. Worth the trip!! Take food and drinks and have a picnic near by. I've been to the Tamanique one in La Libertad but this one is more impressive and the hike is much easier. This area is extremely safe.

Very beautiful. You can swim and feel the pressure of the falls. If you do, becarefull with the rocks covered by the water. Very good place to recharge your energy

Difficult to get to got lost a couple of times but so worth the drive!! Breathe taking views the waterfall is beautiful 😍 there are actually two waterfalls a not so deep one and a deep one. Def recommend visiting if you’re ever in ES.

This was an amazing hike, not too hard but definitely hot as hell. It was definitely worth every single step. It's cold water and one of the few waterfalls that doesn't completely dry during our summer season.

Such a beautiful place, the view is amazing.

Absolutely beautiful and well worth the drive. I recommend SUV/Truck to get there as it's a trail not really a road so terrain could be unpredictable depending on weather. There is food on site and it's really good as well. The owner was really cool and he is investing a lot into the area with new attractions coming. Get there early for a prime spot to chill. I think next time we will hangout down stream as there are less people and nice places to picnic. A+ overall
