They have very nice crafts, unfortunately the service is super bad, I arrived, and I saw all the saleswomen at the Metrocentro branch reluctantly, without smiling, I only bought a couple of things and left, their bad attitude made my desire to continue shopping disappear. , and let it be known that I am not one of those customers who ask a lot and don't buy. I always like to see saleswomen with a good attitude. I will never go back to that store again.

Good service and great products. You might find cheaper things at an artisenal market, but it's around the same prices.
