Pay 100000 advance then only will admit the patient and start treatment. This is what this billing person told. it's emergency and in my city doctor told me to admit and start treatment as soon as possible. He is not allowing for treatment. I told him I have Ayushman card. No response. I have shortage of 50k. With 30 minutes struggle i have arranged remaining amount and then they have took admission. Post our treatment when we are taking discharge we went to settle the bill. We are clarifying some doubts, suddenly he came and started shouting "Why you asking all these, these all the list of treatment which we gave. Pay and leave. Very rude person, don't know how his parents tolerated him. How his childrens and wife tolerating him. We saw he is doing same with so many people. Narayan Heart center has to assign him other task where he should not involve direct contact with People. It's my request, please assign him different work, where he should not involve with people.

Cleanliness is the best thing about this place. Staff are generally good except for few irritable people. But it is very hard to meet with the consultants. No food is provided for the admitted patients (even in ICU). I hope this gets changed.

Doctors are very experienced and Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery treatment is very good in this Hospital. All the staff are very caring. Infrastructure wise this is the best Cardiac Hospital in north Karnataka.

Dr. Vivekananda Gajapathi is a good Cardiologist, took care of my brother's health issues very well. Few points for the management, hope these will be taken care for the sake of patients and people who come to take care of the patients. 1. Please provide Handsoap in all bathrooms. No bathrooms including the one outside the ICU area had no handsoap. 2. Please have lifts dedicated to patients. Patients coming on emergency, patients going to other floors for tests in wheelchair or beds and others are sharing the lifts and the lifts are always very crowded. Nobody wears masks. 3. Please train all the nurses to be caring well with patients. Only few were good and others were as if they don't care.. 4. Please provide some proper arrangement for the people waiting for the patients in ICU. There has to be someone available for 24 hours, but you have no proper place for them to rest at night. They have to lie on the floor at night. Even for people willing to pay and get a room, there is no option. This has to be thought through. 5. The building Netravati that provides rooms and dormitory system for resting needs to be looked at. Rooms are never available. There is no proper allocation method for rooms once someone checks -out. They say we have to keep calling them. Why can't they take numbers and allocate based on first come first serve or some proper token method. In the dormitory, opd patients as well as others like people coming to support ICU patients are in one room sleeping at night. This is a disaster. I have seen people coughing and sneezing all night. Staying here is like sleeping in general ward with all sorts of patients. Please provide proper arrangements for people who needs accommodation at night. 6. Cafeteria needs to have more healthy options. Properly cooked rice, chapathi etc. Basically my point is have proper options available for people coming to support the patients as well. Doctors and nurses taking care of patients is one thing, but the healthy people coming to support them should not go home sick with all these issues you have. Something like no handsoap in the bathrooms is unimaginable!

I really got great treatment. N great care taking of nursing n doctors. And all staffs are behaving like really politely. I would like to refer all heart pt to this hazel only. Take u fr all staffs .

Staff are negligent when you tell them you want to discharge against their opinion. They took one full day to discharge my father and yet said to come tomorrow for discharge summary. They didn't give any report of angiography which cost us 25000, and to provide CD they took additional 1500 rs. They keep insisting to get the surgery done at their place. Completely money minded. Only go here if you cant travel to any other better place. Staff themselves are unhappy with the center and confess their helplessness with consulted privately. Everyone keeps small talking about other staff all the time, which is none of my business but tells about the work culture

Doctors don't even assess the patient's condition for open-heart surgery. The cost of an angiogram is higher compared to other hospitals. Moreover, they charge an additional 1500 for providing the video of the angiogram, on top of the 35000 already paid for the procedure. Narayana Heart Care seems to prioritize profit-making over patient care, leading to its reputation as a money-oriented hospital."

Worst experience ever. Doctor was not available when we took the appointment. We waited for atleast 3 hours so that my pregnant wife will get to do her checkup of baby scanning. Then comes doctor after 3 hours and tells us that the machines are not good for checkup. What was he thinking at first before the appointment why didn't he told us before. My pregnant wife and 1.5 year old little daughter waited for total of 5 hours and my wife and daughter were sick. He wasted our time and money.

1. Housekeeping and cleanliness is very good. 2. Doctors are accessible and open. 3. Service from nurses and other staff very good. 4. Canteen food quality good and variety. But bit costly. 5. It is not Commercial like other hospitals.
