when i joined this college i really got shock because of haphazard move of college , lack in having any stringent rules and regulation to reform the college and mindset of students .i had seen most of ie 80 percent of students were behave like they were come from uncivilized family or culture 1 , improper dressing 2, rude behaviour 3 , them selves don not have culture 4 , not respecting to elders , teachers , classmates and staff these are the characters i saw in students of this college NEXT COME TO TEACHING ; they showup like ELON MUSK is from their college , no commitments , no seriousness regarding teaching these are things which are trashing in lecturers brain. here lecture wont teach they just give notes with some sort of explanation in this condition students will have concentration on writing not on what lecturer saying finally students will end off with low grade or fail. BRILLIANCY OF LECTURERS ; most them were failed to understand english except some teachers , low mathematical calculations ex failed to say difference between 3 and 5 like 6 and 8. low vast knowledge CONDITION OF STUDENTS : this is the thing which pinched me intensely that they treat students like slave and their subordinates . Dear students never expect knowledge or become best learner , because this college running behind marks ,you will not get any thing out of this college HOW THEY DO BUSINESS ; for application to students OMR , zerox , print , issuing hall ticket they ask money from students which less than zerox shops near college , yes good this will benefit for students but they do unauthorized money, keeping zerox or other shop keepers unemployed lets calculate ; aprox our college strengh is abour 300 for omr application 300 multiply 40 = 12000 for issuing hallticket 300 multiply 5 =1500 don not worry carrying out function and other expenditure is funded by university total 13500 , finally idu namma college avaste so namma INDIA education sector nag uddar agli andra heng akkati helree neeva
