A chinese restaurant with seatings available both in and out of place to enjoy couple of choices. Tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Recommend to have a try here

An ok Chinese restaurant. Their main customers seems to be the local Chinese community and they all seem to when at the restaurant congregate in one of the private dining rooms making the atmosphere in the main dining room look empty and not so cosy. Food quality is good with reasonable prices. The reef lobster dish seems to be their trademark dish with very fresh and sweet lobster. Also seems to be the only place where you can get Tonga Lager beer which is much better than the other local beers.

Cantonese style. Excellent food and quality fresh fried fish. May look pricey but there's a lot of meat. More ideal for over 3-4 people.

Been to this Authentic Chinese seafood restaurant in Tonga twice in two days...steamed, wok-fried, deep-fried are all full of wok engergy. Skillful chefs (speaking Chinese + Teochew + Hokkien + Cantonese) and friendly Tongan ladies (English + Tongan).

This place is on the waterfront and is one of the few open on Sunday. The service was super fast and the food was delicious. We had a number of dishes and they were all good.

Evergreen is one of only 3 restaurants open on Tongatapu on a Sunday night and it showed with the queues. Food was ok however the service was chaotic and the please has the vibe of a down market cafe.

Good food, slow service but what do you expect…it’s always slow on the island. Best fried rice I had here, way better then Emerald hotel Chinese restaurant. This place is open on Sunday’s at 5pm.

Great place to eat. Even though I ahd only gotten take out during my time in Tonga, but man they server up good food. Since it was a while ago I can't recall the dishes, but some that stood out were the crab dish, eggplant stir fried thing, foil wrap port short ribs and sweet and sour pork. These were some of the best and I definitely recommend trying it out. The restaurant may look old but the food makes up for it. It's also next to the ocean and you could see some parts of the water. I went to this place twice to get take out and the portion is definitely worth the price we paid. Recommend it lots!

I have been doing the solo Oceania trip and I have found this place from google maps. They have great service and super nice food. They also serve great wine (quite unique for the country) and they are fully open on Sundays (super rare in Tonga).
