The receptionist was friendly and the customer service was good,,, neat and protected environment, sometimes some of the imported goods seems to be costly

Good place for shopping with many sales departments around, ranging from jewelry to photo genic to accessories, clothes and cosmetics.

I've always loved their meat selection and the deli cuts. A good place to purchase your cream cheeses and block cheese. Plus you get to choose how much of everything you want at the deli and they weigh and package it for you beautifully. The cashiers can be utterly rude sometimes but ignore them. Always look out for the fresh herbs and spices and make sure you but the max mart brand; much fresher and cheaper

Maxmart, you need to edit the amount of poor products and take out the poor quality ones. Bought Coop fish fingers and Sadia breaded chicken. GHS 150 later in this poor economy and both tasted bad. Pls do better. Never again for me though.

Better produce than Melcom and Savemart. No alcohol. Large ice cream and other frozen good selection.

The best selection of cat food in Accra. Other items vary in country of origin, many Made in Ghana items.

A very clean and well stocked store. I found everything I needed. The workers were very helpful and friendly but the cashiers need to be trained to smile at customers when they approach the check out register area, and to thank customers for visiting and purchasing items from the store!

Very helpful staff, unlike the branch at 37. Very pleasant and helpful Manager. Lots and lots of items, diverse products for every palate. IMHO, best Supermarket in Ghana!

One stop shop for all your groceries. If you are an expatriate and miss your original home foods or groceries, you are likely to find something from your home country there at a great price

The mart has everything in a typical kitchen and even more. Its the only place i get chicken liver, gizzard and other organ meats. But items are overpriced. It will be good if the shop can have an organic corner. Staff are always lazying around and dont offer customer service unless they perceive you are super rich. Overall, the price of goods and service rendered are not commensurate.

My regular shopping place they are still always keeping your coin change. I make it a point to collect every peswa. This behaviour must stop.

Sometimes it's good to park your car away from the mall because you may not find a packing place within the packing lot

This is a great place to shop. They are virtually good in everything from customer service to orderliness to cleanliness to just name it. You wouldn't regret shopping there irrespective of your current financial situation

Imported items are very costly and the best before dates were short ( many were within 2021)? Convenient store if you need to do a small shop.

Shopping without stress. Meat products are very good in taste and well package. Have been able to convince a lot of consumers to patronise meat products at your outlets.

I normally shop in the A&C supermarket quite often. I find all sorts of stuff that I normally will not find in a lot of shops in Accra. The items on the shelves are fresh and the variety of products caters to all my needs.

Classic MaxMart experience: Lots of shoppers, queues at tellers, a wide variety of international food and cosmetic brands, great selection of kids toys, a reliable bakery and meat/fish vendor albeit generally higher priced items than competitors.

There is something off with your meat. The beef meats. The 1st time after boiling it 2ice as I do when preparing my beef stews it tasted like soap. I stopped buying then I gave it a second try and still it tastes funny.

All is in good order and clean. It is easy to park the car and the personal is nice. The quality cat be better in some of the restaurant.

TLDR : Rude manager. No sense of customer service Came to buy some pet food and was happy that some of them were on promo. But prices from tags and what was registered on POS were different. Some having more than ¢10 difference. Cashier was confused and workers were bringing the price tags to confirm… and which some of price tags were even not there, few back and forth and eventually a Lebanese manager intervened and went to check it for himself and found that some tags were missing and incorrect. Instead of admitting his fault and apologizing, decides to tell me rudely “Do you want them or not?”

Its a cool place to shop for groceries and other things.

Clean and quiet environment... Their goods too are very affordable.. customer service is also spot on... Y'all should visit sometime! 😊😊
