Their repair charges are higher than their products Their product has too much problems They don't have a system to check your waranty receipt When your waranty receipt is missing they can't attend to you, you are on your own

Infact wm not happy with their services att all. I bought 2 Televisions currently am having problems with all the 2 screens... Is it that they No thier TVs have screens problems and they are to tell us. I sm planning to report them to PURC and other regulatory Authorities... Is just too Bad.. Am very disappointed

The Hisense staff are so professional and courteous. It was refreshing to experience this after so long interacting with other companies with lousy cultures. My complaints were speedily addressed. 5 star service. I'm still so impressed.

Good service. Chilling AC in customers waiting room. They actually do attend to you and help out with your electronic issues, returns, replacement or warranty claims.

Sent my tv there for screen repairs. What I wanted was outta stock but they took my details to call when it’s available. The only downside is the place is difficult to locate even on the map.

Any problem you have can be solved there but the road to the place is very very bad especially when it rains

Workers quite friendly and receptive but the waiting area could do with a bit mosquito spray.

They sign boards for better location.....
