Professional service. Went to polish my watch and it came out nicely. Attendant is also very patient and accommodating, ready to answer questions. Job well done so far. Oh yes. The main reason I went there was to reset my watch which had a perpetual calendar function which seems reset properly as far as I can tell.

Took my automatic Oris ‘big crown’ watch in for a repair/service to Hourhand as it had stopped working. It’s been back with me about a week now and is keeping perfect time having been serviced and the case seals renewed. Prices are comparable to UK - given that it’s a high end/quality product. Really awesome work by the team at HourHand Watch Co. The straps are top grain leather and the craftsmanship is superb. They’ve given a new lease of life to my watch. I do hope they add an option for customizing the strap with an embossed name on the underside of the strap. A satisfied customer here.
