Really nicely done villas and resort with some minor issues. Staff at restaurants, curator and all other staff from reception to buggy to kids club staff was amazing. They really know what they are doing and they are doing it with passion. However sometimes for us the resort felt a bit like a bed and breakfast rather than a luxury resort. Main pool was very sun exposed so it was almost never in use by the guests other than for a few instagram sessions - I guess everybody used their own pool instead which was truly amazing. Activities and restaurants limited. “Beach club” not ready but luckily they still provided some (a bit old) sunbeds and umbrellas on the public beach which they unfortunately also gave to other public guests-probably they are not allowed by the authorities to “block” the sunbeds for the guests, hence the beds didn’t really feel private or safe to leave phone etc on while swimming. Main Diamond benefits was breakfast and one category up from garden view to partial sea view - no “real” other benefits in daily procedures, no lounge or similar happy hour arrangement or so and for late checkout we had to “beg” though resort occupation was quite low. Overall the resort did well but there is some room for improvements. Luckily we paid with points and not cash as point rate was a bit on the more attractive side

‏ The hotel is great for spending time relaxing and calming. The staff are nice and helpful. Our villa is a partial view of the ocean it does not have much privacy the swimming pool and jacuzzi are exposed to the opposite villas but the hotel was not crowded, so this was not a big problem for us. The team at breakfast and the Commune manager are very kind and helpful, as I have gluten allergy they prepared a special pancake for me, I am so grateful for them, The view of sunset over the ocean at oliverra restaurant is stunning and unforgettable and the staff are wonderful. Fortunately, the monkeys did not visit us during our stay, but we did see them jumping on the villas in front of us

This hotel is nothing short of perfection. Stunning accommodations, wonderful food and incredible staff. Our villa was gorgeous, with a private pool and hot tub. The views are great from all of the restaurants, too. Ramses checked us in on arrival and made a genuine connection with us and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Each of the buggy drivers chatted with us, knew our names and remembered stories day to day. We also had a lovely server, Lastri, at both restaurants. I highly recommend visiting this resort on your trip to Bali!

This hotel is amazing. The staff and service are excellent, attentive and pay very close attention to every detail. The online pictures of the villas don’t do them justice; they are much nicer in person. The hotel’s location is perfect - accessible to other parts of town but quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is heaven. It's the best accommodation that makes your trip to Bali even better. The room is renovated so it's cleaner and cooler, and the pool is big and spacious. There is also a jacuzzi, so you can swim at night. The food I had for room service was the best, and the cocktails were delicious, so I drink them every day. The breakfast was so delicious that I was touched while eating all the food. I'm really happy. The kids like the kids club, so we played for three hours today. All the employees are always smiling and making the customers happy. The best thing I've ever done on this trip is that I can stay in this wonderful place for five days. I'm a little sad about the view from the room because it's the partial ocean view, but I'm still very happy about my birthday in a wonderful place. Next time, I will stay in the panoramic view room.

This Hotel is fantastic, our experience could not have been better, definitely the best experience of my life. The staff is super friendly and they made me feel like I was home, most of them could remember my name and my wife’s name right at the arrival. Bogus, our curator was very attentive and checking on us frequently to see if we needed anything. Our vila was fantastic, ginormous and very comfortable.

🫤 It’s very beautiful but so so expensive - 750k for a lounger on the public beach (no swimming pool thats hotel guest only) The chair lift is currently broken to be prepared for a huge hike down and back if you dare. For me personally - i asked if i could rent a towel only and the lady at reception...
