Really
nicely
done
villas
and
resort
with
some
minor
issues.
Staff
at
restaurants,
curator
and
all
other
staff
from
reception
to
buggy
to
kids
club
staff
was
amazing.
They
really
know
what
they
are
doing
and
they
are
doing
it
with
passion.
However
sometimes
for
us
the
resort
felt
a
bit
like
a
bed
and
breakfast
rather
than
a
luxury
resort.
Main
pool
was
very
sun
exposed
so
it
was
almost
never
in
use
by
the
guests
other
than
for
a
few
instagram
sessions
-
I
guess
everybody
used
their
own
pool
instead
which
was
truly
amazing.
Activities
and
restaurants
limited.
“Beach
club”
not
ready
but
luckily
they
still
provided
some
(a
bit
old)
sunbeds
and
umbrellas
on
the
public
beach
which
they
unfortunately
also
gave
to
other
public
guests-probably
they
are
not
allowed
by
the
authorities
to
“block”
the
sunbeds
for
the
guests,
hence
the
beds
didn’t
really
feel
private
or
safe
to
leave
phone
etc
on
while
swimming.
Main
Diamond
benefits
was
breakfast
and
one
category
up
from
garden
view
to
partial
sea
view
-
no
“real”
other
benefits
in
daily
procedures,
no
lounge
or
similar
happy
hour
arrangement
or
so
and
for
late
checkout
we
had
to
“beg”
though
resort
occupation
was
quite
low.
Overall
the
resort
did
well
but
there
is
some
room
for
improvements.
Luckily
we
paid
with
points
and
not
cash
as
point
rate
was
a
bit
on
the
more
attractive
side
