We loved everything about this hotel. We came from a week in Caangu its friends to this peaceful oasis. From the moment we arrived greeted by friendly staff and this was all around the resort, staff were impeccable. Food quality high, cleanliness high and drinks not ridiculously priced. I have my birthday there and they made me feel very special it’s all the staff saying happy birthday, a cake an then in the evening they dressed up our bed with messages and decoration. I also did a one on one cooking class with their chef. I have done cooking classes around the world and I would rate this as the bet I have ever done! The rooms are environmentally conscious with no plastic water bottles and decanted bath products (which are lovely). Bathroom is indoors so air conditioned another plus. Plunge pool is outstanding for a quick dip to cool off. However there are 3 communal pools that are not busy you can always find a spot. The shuttle service to deli and money changer was a plus and handy. Small cups in room for coffee but you can always ask for mug from reception and get milk from deli. Must do a floating breakie in your plunge pool! My husband said he would not come back to Bali as we have been so much but after this stay he said if you can get here again he would!!
