This place is great for everyone! My family loves the food, the servers are great as well. The inside is spacious and has a nice setting.

Very cool place. We got breakfast sandwiches and fruit shakes. Both delicious. Really fun atmosphere, quick service and affordable price points. We will be back.

High hopes for what was a total bust. Arepa con pollo was a slab of chicken stuffed with lettuce and tomato into something that isn't can't even be called an arepa. Patacón with chicken was, again, a slab of chicken with a slice of cheese and lettuce on a lightly fried plantain. Lived in Colombia for years and I have NEVER tasted something so atrocious. The only redeeming thing that wasn't mediocre was the guanábana en leche, and that came frozen from the freezer. My friend got churrasco that was dry and the pinché was even drier. Guacamole tasted a bit off. The kitchen staff need to be retrained and provided better ingredients. Not worth the price tag they ask.

I'm a yuuuggge supporter of this chain and hope they'll succeed here!! The interior design is as comforting as cheese burger in paradise was minus tiki torches. Bar will be opened as soon as they receive their permit.

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, my rating has nothing to do with them. The rating is for the poor quality of the food. Firstly they didn’t have many options because they had ran out of some items. Secondly, the quality of the food was terrible.I ordered a chicken sandwich and I got 80% bread and a slice of chicken. We also got the pernil sandwich and it was the same quality.

The food is amazing!!! The server was awesome!!! The manager remembered my husband from his last visit there a week ago and came to our table to say hi and introduce himself to me!!! The place is clean neat and organized!!! I'm definitely recommending this yummy place to family and friends!!! My son recommended it to us!!! We will go back there soon!!!

Wow I am so happy I dined in at this location! I've never experienced Banana King like this. The food and drinks were so delicious!! The service was amazing! The young men taking care of the whole place is doing an excellent job! The atmosphere is beautiful and I really enjoyed every song they played. I will definitely come back!! And the prices are excellent too! Best place in Secaucus!!

Before I say anything negative, Juan is an amazing server. Other than that, the manager down to the servers are racist, unprofessional and downright rude. We decided to have a party there for my niece's graduation and it was horrible. Food was terrible, orders were wrong, food was cold and the quality of food didn't match the price. Never, ever again will we frequent this restaurant.

Great food and great staff! I have no complaints. I got a turkey sandwich and my daughter got a breakfast sandwich. Prices were good as well.

I had given this place a good review in the past. It they really fumbled the ball this time. I went ahead and ordered a few patties from the case and specified. I want cheese Unbeknownst to me. They went ahead and gave me chicken which contains onions in it and I am allergic. That is not what I wanted so fast forward after biting into it I realize that it was wrong and after touching the food and everything I figured they would just throw it away She proceeds to ask me after sees that I’m touching the food as I was trying to sort it out After giving me the wrong order from the hot case. And me touching it and fondling it she proceeds to take the patties from out the bag and put them back in the case to resell. That is not cool. Who knows what kind of germs are on my hands or anyone who leaves then comes back in with food. That is unsanitary. You made the mistake. You throw those in the trash or let the customer keep them. Stop penny pinching. It was your mistake. Me da asco. Nasty.

Customer service alone is worth 5 stars. Everyone is super sweet, the food was fresh and well seasoned. Just wish the menu included what was included on the sandwiches for people with allergies (lettuce,onion, etc) Definitely recommend if you’re looking somewhere cheap to eat with a group of people!

This Banana King is by far the Best one I have been too. The taste was consistent with others and quite delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean, two people can eat from one dish, I highly recommend anyone who enjoys the taste of bananas to try this place out at least once.

Service was great. Food was amazing. We’ll be back! 😁

I literally spoke with someone on the phone confirming my order and they still gave me the wrong thing. bbq ribs and bbq chicken are 2 completely different things

The food was stale and just not the same from the other locations from years ago. Food quality and taste has definitely changed, including their shakes, and chimichurri sauce. Just a big disappointment, and won’t be going back.

You’re better off going to a dumpster and eating from there. The food was disgusting, stale, raw and flavorless. My fries were 2 different colors it looked like they been saving those all week and trying to get rid of it. An hour for 3 small meals when the place was dead inside.

Great service, fast and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. Great selection or food and drink.
