Worst place I've slept in mbale. Despite paying for our accomodation, we weren't given breakfast even after being told that it was part of the accomodation fee. There was no hot water in the rooms. Out request for a cup of tea (black tea) took close to two hours to be made. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decent place to spend a night or two while visiting the town. There's quite some trouble with hot water in the showers though. Not efficient. Runs warm then afterwards gets cold. I didn't enjoy their breakfast either. Poor quality tea & coffee provided. We were provided with a cot for our baby though it was very dusty & we couldn't use it.

It is very classy and yet affordable fast wifi. the rooms are clean the food was very tasty. Will defiantly come again. Only issue is parking space.

Uganda was a completely new experience for me. The climate was different, the food was different, and the people were friendly. I didn't spend a lot of time here, but I can start by saying that it is kept meticulously clean. The weather here is cool, so you have no need for air conditioning. I am not sure if it was just my room, but there was no water heater either. You will get a clean towel and bar soap, but don't forget to bring anything else you will need. There is no elevator, and the phones don't work, so be sure to complete all communication at the reception before going to your room. The internet works at the lower levels, but the reception fails at the top floor. Overall, it's not a bad place to find yourself in.

Ideal for commuters who want to make a stop over and rest before they continue on their journey. It's strategic location makes it easy for you to connect to your destination after having a peaceful time
