It service is very poor. No mobile pay majorly cash. Food is expensive but not nice. Great pool but there is need for music or entertainment at the pool. Waiters n waitress have attitude. Accomodations is expensive but not complete yet

New hotel in town. Appears magnificent. Nice compact gardens extending to the swimming pool. Need to check out the rooms next time. The food is tasty

It's a new hotel and still a work in progress, when I stayed there some installations were still ongoing but when all the installations are done, it should be one of the best hotels in Mbale.

The facility is neat, tidy and the rooms are really comfortable. The service is incredible and the wifi is probably the best I have experienced in any hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

Good times except the TV connection which has always been a challenge for the 3 times I've been their with always 4-5 days of stay.

This is one of the new hotels in Mbale in 2023 . It has a nice barkc yard, cosy rooms , smart dinning hall and a spacious reception. It is within short distance to most of the banks since it shares the same road but sits on the residential part of the road.A massage parlour and a Sauna are being added.

Rooms are nice, big bathrooms with good showers. I loved that they provided many towels (big and small) from the start (in the wardrobe) so I didn't have to call for any while there. The team is friendly. Downside was having to wait 30-40minutes for basic meals.

A new hotel in Mbale town. Opposite court, municipal grounds and next to sports club. Check it out for conferencing rooms, accomodation, food, bar, and there is a swimming pool. Parking is secure, plenty, and free.

Amazing rooms mainly the showers. Good food and I could prepare black tea in my room at anytime I wanted. This is perfectly fits the saying "home away from home."

Very friendly staff, flexible management. Internet was wondering even in the room. The TV was smart so can access internet through it and extra large size, I think 50" and 10+ channels you can navigate. Room service response was prompt. Value for money 120/100. Good location, smart and well dressed rooms, good serving waiters, smart waiters, good food. And wish to always be there. More times. Note: Too much Noise and some times not good for trainings and workshops, please work on that.

The place is well managed. Customer service is at top notch. Their services are cost effective. I love this place. Full of amazing people. The Manager has good interpersonal skills, I like the energy he puts in just to make sure the guests are happy and feel at home. Courts view hotel is my second home. #Francis

Really spacious rooms, the service is good and the food potions are really generous. The only drawback is the road construction going on outside the hotel.
