The hotel provides very good service, the rooms are spacious. Each room has 3 balconies which makes the hotel good to stay. Perfect location for a visit to Inle Lake. Right next to the jetty. Clean and reasonably priced. The hotel staff are very helpful with a friendly smile.

This hotel is reasonably nice with it's fair price. Hotel amenities are quite standard but staffs and services need to improve to match with it's standard amenities. Location is favourable to go both jetty and night market. Rooftop place is sweet point to take photos. Overall is good but not great.

Good location: next to the canal where you can take boats. Friendly service. Reasonable price by western standard. Good rooftop bar with view. Clean, nicely appointed room. Only problem was the tap water was yellow as you see in the pic of bath tub here. Not sure why they didn't invest a water filter.

I stayed in a deluxe balcony suite recently with my 3 kids. The room was huge with 2 balconies and sitting room. They setup an extra bed in the sitting room and my oldest (12) was quite comfy there. We arrived at 5:00 am and were swiftly escorted to our room without extra early check in charges. The decor in the room was absolutely gorgeous as were the views over the water. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. In Myanmar, moreso than anywhere else I have travelled, you rely on hotel staff a lot more. It’s very important for them to be helpful and be your go between with the non English speaking population. This hotel’s staff went above and beyond. Location was great with many restaurants close by and walking distance to the boats. The only negative was that since there weren’t many in the hotel the breakfast buffet wasn’t setup. We ordered breakfast off a menu. Food was ok. I would definitely come back again.

We spent three nights here. The hotel is pretty much standard, its quite clean and has reasonable sized and good equiped rooms. Wifi was strong enough and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel lies conveniently next to the harbour from where the boats leave. Our toilet was running most of the time and wasnt really fixed to the wall. Also the bedsheets were too small for the beds, so they took two of them to cover the mattresse which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. The roof top bar is nice, but they have almist nothing on stock what is written on the menue.

The room was awesome and the staff was amazing! They helped us with any question we had. English is sometimes challenging but in the end we got more than we ever asked for. They gave us a lot of personal attention and there was always time for a little chat, which we loved. The hotel is right next to the channel to inle lake, so you'll hear the boats roaring over the channels. This did not bother us at all, we couldn't get enough of it really! Breakfast is good with both local and western choices. Rooftop terrace is one of the best in town and they make great cocktails. Definitely have sunset drinks there 😉

Roof top bar and Grat location. Stayed for 2 nights. Reasonable hotel, good value for money. Late check out for a fair fee. Roof top bar with great (sunset) city view, happy hour cocktails (2 for1) - size and taste better than most of other locations during happy hour. Haad some fried noodles, surprisingly delicious, good sized and affordable (2.500kyat)

This place is great. It's the best place we staying in Myanmar. Really nice rooms, friendly staff, great rooftop bar/view, super convenient location, and delicious breakfast. Some nice traditional decor too. Highly recommend!
