Mid range motel in Nyaung Shwe city. A budget hotel with reasonable price. The room are clean and tidy. Breakfast is medicore.

The most amazing people (stuff) I have ever met. Helped us in emergency just from good heart without asking for anything. Also the room is big, clean, and in good condition and in good price. Thank you so much.

Maybe the hotel room itself only deserves 4stars, even though the price is sensational. I have to give 5stars for excpetionally friendly and helpful staff. The twin rooms in the back are more quiet.

quite cheap, 10$ a room in low season, rooms are spacious, not very clean but ok. the motel is not so recent, be aware of the pictures.... electricity and wi fi are not always constant / reliable, I think they cut it during the day to spare costs... breakfast on the terrasse is good but not extraordinay. location is good, 10min walk from the jetty, very close to the central market (2min).
