    This location SUCKS ever since 2020 Covid. The employees ignore you, they just stand around on their phones, play with their fake nails, or scream and cuss so loud you can hear it from outside the door. Orders are wrong every single time. Missing items constantly. They never give you sauce. Burritos are never rolled, they just fall apart. Quesadillas are never cut, they’re just one solid piece. Sometimes they don’t even put meat in the food. Nachos bell grande are literally just beans. Close this location down already. The Fairview Heights store is way better.

    This is THEE most ghetto Taco Bell in Belleville. The are disrespectful, forget asking a question because they never know the answers. I've had so many young kids that work that be so disrespectful, I just pulled off and left the drive thru. They need to do much better! With management all the way down!

    Several times in the past three weeks I've attempted to go through the drive-through before 9:00pm. The first two times the lobby lights were off and there was no activity inside so I went to Hardees both times. Tonight there were employees standing in the lane with a garbage can and wouldn't move so Hardees got my business again. I saw an employee sitting inside but doing nothing. Never again!

    If I could give negative stars I would. App and Google say open til 1am but arrived at 12 for an online order and they refused to answer phone or the talk box to say they were closed EVEN THOUGH all the lights were on. A rude woman came to the window and just said they closed at 11. Tonight I tried to order through the app and even though I had confirmation they tried to claim they never got it and refused to take the order number or look it up, but they sure didn't refuse my money. Terrible service. Terrible employees. Food always missing or cold when the app does work. Definitely worth a skip

    I cannot believe they even have a 3.2 star rating. This is the worst taco bell I've been to. If you are in drive-thru, it takes forever to get your order. We went in to eat and the restroom did not have Any soap and then a week later we went back since its the closest taco bell and they Still didn't have any soap in the restroom. That's so nasty that the workers use the restroom and go back to making your food without washing there hands with soap. Went through drive-thru another time and they said the only thing they had for breakfast was a burrito, seriously. I'll be driving further to a different taco bell if I'm craving it from now on.

    Was in drive thru at 840 waited 20 mins to order in drive thru. Get up to order the guy Tommy was rude and telling they are not taking orders. I asked why they not tell people before being trapped in line. The truck ahead of me and myself where told no but the cars behind me was able to place a order. Very rude and very frustrating. If your short staff say it will be a min then cool or go out a put cone in the drive thru so we are waisting time. Will not ever go back. It may have been rebuilt but needs to re-staffed Tommy said he was the supervisor no wonder the are short staffed if they treat there customers this way.

    This is the worse taco bell in drive thru 45 min. Only because ALL employees decided not to work. They quit taking orders and left a line wrapped around the building to where you have no choice but to wait. When I finally got a employee to help me you can hear multiple people inside just having a good ole time not working. Then complain about having to do a job that they are getting paid for. WOW

    got my order pretty much completely wrong and service takes way too long. i can tell they are understaffed so i won’t criticize or go up and complain for that but the service just seems lazy and don’t even put napkins and silverware for my bowl and my sauce packets i put in my order online weren’t in there. and they completely missed a taco i ordered and PAID for. this has gotta be my least favorite taco bell. i was having a bad day but i think the food and service made it worse.

    Everytime I go to this location it is always the worst location! The breakfast menu is never on the outside board, online it said the serve a variety for breakfast but when you ask the tell you in a sloppy slang voice they only have a sausage or bacon burrito and that's it! They were out of soap in the bathrooms for well over 2 months then I stopped going. Service used to take forever. This whole area is going down hill besides resturants that have the nice clean cut bright people!!! Belleville is worst then St. Louis, MO.

    Put order in at 6 pm. Got food at twenty to 7. Didn't get a big order, just enough for 2 people. Was closing store while we were there.

    Had a real big order 45 dollars worth waited about 35-40 min just to given get the food. Got home to discover that we was missing 3 soft tacos, called the store and the manager wanted to argue with me telling me that he made my order and everything was in my bag...clearly not what kind of manager would argue to a paying customer? Completely unprofessional and I will not be returning to this store...score 4 out of 10

    No frills restaurant that clearly places a priority on their drive-thru. I went inside this restaurant, I was the only one in there & it took them almost 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge my presence. They still insisted I use the kiosk which I didn't even see when I walked in. Food was good though.

    Me and my grandma came here to get food and then found out they weren’t taking cash. Though we had the exact amount. Then when my grandma gave the cashier her card she took it back to the drive through to swipe it. When she brought it back she THREW the card at me and my grandma and it then fell on the floor. The whole encounter was rude and unprofessional and if I knew this workers name I would put it in an instant. This happened on December 4th a little before 12:30. I understand that they couldn’t take cash at the moment. But no one even bothered to take the time and explain why. And then being met with the rudeness of the woman throwing back my grandmas card at her was just the breaking point.

    Everyone knows what Taco Bell tastes like. Sometimes they mess up your order, forget stuff or add stuff you didn't order. I guess that happens when they all smoke weed.

    Forgot a food item in drive through. Went inside gave the order taker 5 minutes because busy. Other workers just looked at me the whole time. Finally was able to get her attention with a quick whistle because words weren't working. Immediately acted rude af no one apologized then i heard her making remarks about me to her coworkers for the whistle. Idk why they are all so ghetto now. Heavy negative atmosphere. Cannot file complaint to corporate because their select a state is broken which they most likely know. Avoid both taco bells in Belleville, with the carlye one being the lesser evil.

    Staff were very friendly. One of the team members greeted us with a smile. They had forgotten one of my order but when I returned to get it the manager was very nice and he remembered me being in the store and he had no problem replacing the one order of my food. Keep up the good vibes at work.

    This is the third time I’ve come here and after waiting in the drive thru for over 5 minutes, then told they don’t have any cooked beef! Like how!!?? It’s absolutely ridiculous. However, decided to order chicken chalupas and chicken quesadilla and it was cold and sloppy; while taking the orders they’re laughing and talking inappropriately. I can’t believe this is how this Taco Bell location is run. A complete disappointment!!!

    Ordered thru the app. They were out of steak and refused to substitute any other protein option because it would "mess up their food cost" Beef and chicken are both cheaper than steak so that makes no sense. Long story short I'm out 20 bucks until corporate reviews the situation and refunds me. Called and the manager on duty was literally zero help and only cared about his inventory. Makes me think upper management has the wrong goals for their crew. Now I'm hungry and literally don't want to spend another 20 dollars ordering from somewhere else. What a trash tbell. Do better.

    I went to pick up my mobile order from inside. The manager asked me what drink I ordered like she doesn’t have it on her screen. I said a large freeze. Then she proceeds to give me a reg size one that’s 1 1/2 inches short from the top. Horrible “manager”.

    Wow this place went downhill fast. After finding a pubic hair in my food or what looks very similar to one. Sent this to their district manager and his boss. Lol good thing I'm good friends with him. You guys were good at one point

    This particular experience was horrible. Getting through the drive thru line anymore takes forever, once I finally get up to the speaker I was first told to pull to the window since I had a mobile order, but was then told to just go ahead and pull to the handicap spot and my food would be brought out to me. No big deal. What became the big deal was when I waited 30 minutes and my food never came, meanwhile I watched an employee which I'm sure had to have walked right past my order on his way out to go vape in the doorway and play on his phone. I had pull back through the drive thru since I had my dogs and child in the car. I had a couple people say sorry, but there was no offers to make things right for the wait/inconvenience, on top of the employee that went to go vape tell me my food had been sitting on the counter waiting to be brought out to me. No offer to make fresh food or anything. By the time I got my food and got home, mind you I only live about 5 minutes away from the store, all of my food was luke and warm to cold in temp. I tried to do the survey but I received a receipt with no code or store number to even be able to do the survey. IF I go back to taco bell it not be this location, which sad considering it's one of my favorite fast food places. Also, I work in fast food myself and if this would've happened at my store they would have our heads if we handled this situation this way. This location has been going downhill over the last few years. I have other issues/complaints also but that's neither here nor there for this visit.

    Food was terrible. Ordered crunchy taco supremes. They didn't have any hard shells. So I ordered a mexican pizza and it made me sick. That was my last visit to Taco Bell.

    Just made a run for the border…. Went through drive thru. Was going to place an order…someone from speaker…..”Sorry, we are out of chicken…..beef…….and steak….” Really?!?! Why even be open. Do better Taco Bell.

    Usually they are pretty punctual here but I had a bad experience tonight and one team member wanted to argue with me so he could be right but the girl at the window was great about it and knew he was full of himself. Normally I’d give them a 4 or 5 but not after dude wanted to argue and then still charged me for the wrong order.

    You never know when they will open, because they're never consistent. I don't know if it's because people just don't show up for work or what. Food's ok. TB took away my grilled stuft burrito as well as the Kickstart drink, so it has lost most of my business.

    7/15/2022 1130am. Not only terrible service they refused to remake my tacos lol. No problem I won't be back especially after how nasty their kitchen looked. Want food poisoning? They have a drive thru here for the public for that.

    Worst taco bell around. Takes an hour to get my food and they cant even put the correct items in the bag. A chalupa supreme looks totally different from a doritos locos taco. My two year old can figure that out. Maybe he should get paid $15+/hr. Choose another location even if it's the closest to you.
