This
particular
experience
was
horrible.
Getting
through
the
drive
thru
line
anymore
takes
forever,
once
I
finally
get
up
to
the
speaker
I
was
first
told
to
pull
to
the
window
since
I
had
a
mobile
order,
but
was
then
told
to
just
go
ahead
and
pull
to
the
handicap
spot
and
my
food
would
be
brought
out
to
me.
No
big
deal.
What
became
the
big
deal
was
when
I
waited
30
minutes
and
my
food
never
came,
meanwhile
I
watched
an
employee
which
I'm
sure
had
to
have
walked
right
past
my
order
on
his
way
out
to
go
vape
in
the
doorway
and
play
on
his
phone.
I
had
pull
back
through
the
drive
thru
since
I
had
my
dogs
and
child
in
the
car.
I
had
a
couple
people
say
sorry,
but
there
was
no
offers
to
make
things
right
for
the
wait/inconvenience,
on
top
of
the
employee
that
went
to
go
vape
tell
me
my
food
had
been
sitting
on
the
counter
waiting
to
be
brought
out
to
me.
No
offer
to
make
fresh
food
or
anything.
By
the
time
I
got
my
food
and
got
home,
mind
you
I
only
live
about
5
minutes
away
from
the
store,
all
of
my
food
was
luke
and
warm
to
cold
in
temp.
I
tried
to
do
the
survey
but
I
received
a
receipt
with
no
code
or
store
number
to
even
be
able
to
do
the
survey.
IF
I
go
back
to
taco
bell
it
not
be
this
location,
which
sad
considering
it's
one
of
my
favorite
fast
food
places.
Also,
I
work
in
fast
food
myself
and
if
this
would've
happened
at
my
store
they
would
have
our
heads
if
we
handled
this
situation
this
way.
This
location
has
been
going
downhill
over
the
last
few
years.
I
have
other
issues/complaints
also
but
that's
neither
here
nor
there
for
this
visit.
