Signed my six-year-old son up for beginner gymnastics in the fall of 2021. He only lasted a month. The instructor’s only words to me were “Wow, he cries a lot, doesn’t he?” after a particularly frustrating class where he couldn’t keep up. Mind you, this was a class that was advertised for complete beginners. Would not recommend unless your child is very serious about gymnastics or has some prior experience.

Very poor customer service and unprofessional staff on all levels. Dealt with toddler instructors, an office manager, and the owners. All very rude, not welcoming and unprofessional. Would not recommend signing on for the toddler classes. Not at all child friendly. May be ok for older kids serious about gymnastics but there are other places in the area much more amenable for toddler gymnastics. Very disappointing experience.

wow, they were extremely rude. it was my first time bringing my child so i was sitting on a bench watching from afar: another mother was standing behind me with her toddler. they came over and rudely spoke to me and told me if i wanted to watch i could take myself upstairs. i said i didn’t even know that was a thing as i have never even been here before and proceeded to get up while she continued to argue with me that today is not a day that parents could watch so i could go upstairs. i said again i had no idea i didn’t even know that was a thing as i have never been here before! i will not take my opinion of one person being rude on the entire establishment but how about welcome new faces not attack a mother for sitting by herself at 8 in the morning on a saturday not knowing that was against the rules! i guess it’s okay to stand around and watch your kids if they know you but if they don’t you get sent upstairs. we’ll noted.

The “teacher” was extremely rude not only to my daughter, but to me as well. I registered my daughter for two classes/week. And couldn’t be more disappointed to waste money like this. This horrible person who “teaches” there YELLED at me in front of other parents because my daughter ran. Totally unstable, aggressive and arrogant person who shouldn’t be handling kids. She said children are not allowed to run. Asked if I see other kids running there! And YEAH! I see kids running all the time! My daughter is not very good at physical activities hence we put her here, so the teacher won’t accept and treat her well. Because she is not a kid they can show and attach their name to. So definitely not a kid friendly place at all. If your kid is not professional like, they will make it personal and will even treat you bad in front of other people. Do not ruin your kids self steem with this cash driven place. My kid does piano lessons, swimming lessons, did dance lessons, goes to school… and never in my life I saw a teacher approach a parent like this! Shouting! I am so well treated everywhere we set foot in. And now I have this totally traumatic experience that I’ll be sure to share with every single person I meet.

Our daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her gymnastics experience here (has been to 3 gyms) and continually progresses in her skills and confidence. Ben has gone above and beyond for our family by working to accommodate our needs. Effective communication has always been demonstrated through regular updates of participant and business information and always responding to any questions.

This review is for J & M Fitness, inside Jewart's gymnastics every weekday. Don Debar is a fantastic trainer. The people who attend range in fitness levels and Don makes every day different and fun. He is enthusiastic and encouraging and he made me want to work out every morning at 5:15am, which is really saying something!

Many different classes for kids off different ages. Instructors are great and the facility is huge. Place also has indoor rock climbing.
