Ordered my drinks on the way there and everything was delicious and done by the time I pulled in to the dizzy parking situation! Currently as you can see there is construction going on but all businesses are open. There is two entrances/exits to get in the shopping plaza including the wonderful Starbucks. The county COVID-19 safety rules were set in place and incredibly conducted well! Well done front lines! Keep up the wonderful work!

Most of the staff didn't seem to care what they were doing. I ordered two drinks and mine was wrong. I ordered a decaf mocha frapp and I'm not even sure what I got. It tasted like chocolate milk.

This Starbucks place is my least favorite. Why I said no whipped cream but still gave me whipped cream??? I was in a hurry and couldn’t ask to redo my order. Second incident with them. I will go to another store from now on.

Asked for no strawberries and even says it on the sticker. I was in a rush so I couldn’t go back in. Nonetheless, I love starbucks, It was just this one thing.

We placed an online order at 5:45, got there 10 mins later & had to wait another 25 mins at the window bc they didn’t know what we ordered. They got behind at a non busy time due to the employees appearing to gossip instead of reading the orders. I got one drink and one food item. If it was a large order I could see, but I’m not sure why the order wasn’t done. The cashier was polite but the person making the drinks seemed snippy & im not sure why.

Iced coffee has absolutely NO taste or flavor. It's like drinking sludge water. And its every time I visit Starbucks. Years ago they were so goo but really have gone done hill. Bean Thru is excellent coffee and customer service!!!

Been through the drive thru multiple times and experienced problems with customer service each time. Rolling eyes, rudeness, and been given incorrectly made orders without the option to replace without being charged again. Management seriously needs to look at who they are hiring.
