Unfortunately, no matter to all reviews & hopes to get professional dental care - my experience turned out to be quite negative. I was suffering for almost 2 weeks from tooth pain and made an appointment here because of high review score and big number of reviews. Intake part was great. It was handled by director and she was very patient, nice, polite and professional. When it came to the dentist - it is the moment things went wrong. She acted fast and did not seem to care much about how do I feel from her pulling. She did not see any holes or cracks in the tooth that bothered me and instead blamed me grinding teeth too much. During the check up she scratched my face with metal instrument, so I look like a Joker because of her. Next day pain got worse and I decided to go to get second opinion. Dentist to whom I went this time - in less than a minute found a hole and a crack in a tooth. Removed to piece of tooth that was hurting my gum and all pain is gone. I do not know the reason why dentist from this clinic did not see that, maybe someone is generally more lucky and gets better service here. But myself - I would not be coming back and wish the dentist to improve her professional skills and ways she interacts with customers. During my second consultation same day in the evening, assuming that I do not understand Spanish, she made inappropriate comment to her colleague about me with me in the chair. I do not speak Spanish fluently, but I do understand it - not nicest experience to have

Recientemente he comenzado un tratamiento bucal en la clínica con la Dra. Audrey Gómez, y no puedo estar más satisfecha. Yo creo que un buen dentista debe ser empático y entender las necesidades de sus pacientes, además de que su trabajo marcará la diferencia en la salud bucal de un paciente. La Dra es maravillosa, tiene una mano de seda y mientras trabaja , pregunta cómo te sientes, si te duele, si estás bien. Muchas gracias Doctora.

Buenos días ,e de contar k ayer e visitado esa clínica ,después de hace años gaste allí un dinero en fundas porcelana el trato ya fue pésimo .....menos doctor Álvarez ,pues resulta k hace años acabado tratamiento he pedido mi puente provisionales la señorita k están trubia pelo rizo ,superchulita m dice k se kedan allí unos provisionales k pague 290 y piko .....nada después tiempo los volví reclamar y nada . Decir ayer por pegar 62 euros m kede helada ...m llama directora dentro otra chula vida m manda firmar protecion datos después ser clienta ,la mostrador Otto tanto cuchicheando de mi entrando y saliendo con sus compañeras ....tienen mucho desear ....directora k mis provisionales k m los lleve ....estupida ...ni m fuera presidenta gobierno ,espero aparezca ........sino llegaré donde tengo llegar ....jamás volveré allí en la vida ni yo ni mi familia ni amigos ,por prepotentes .....trato fatalllllllll ,y robar se llama eso .......aki keda mi keja y Dino solucionan hablaré con los de más arriba pok estés educación poca ,un saludo
