Probably best experience I have had with a place like this. The lady was extremely friendly and gentle and quick! Showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she absolutely nailed it. I also recognized some possible regular guests enter as she knew them by name. Definitely see why people keep coming back to her. I absolutely hands down highly recommend this location!

If my stylist would just have done what I asked, but no she took matters into her own hands and was rude about it too! I won’t go back

This is the first time this has happened. I made an appointment and as I went a few minutes early (so as not to be late) the place was pretty packed. I checked in and the chairs were full with the TWO stylists that were working there. She did explain that they were behind and I'd have to wait. I thought no problem. Right when I thought it was my turn, she said ok, she was ready for me. A woman seemed perturbed so then the stylist asked me if she could take that woman first (I don't believe that customer had an appointment). Being in a position, I was kind and said ok. (I don't think the stylist should have even put me in that position) I love the stylist and she's always aiming to make sure you are satisfied when you leave but they should have better business practices when someone makes an appointment and honoring those customers.

Yolanda was so nice and took me (I made an appointment) shortly after I came in. She took me ahead of a walk in that was waiting. Of course I had made an appointment. . We’ll Lynn( the other stylist on the floor ) decided to scold her in front of everyone that she shouldn’t leave that poor lady waiting she came In first.. she said it a few more times and Yolanda just kind of brushed her off and didn’t argue. Kudos to Yolanda. That was so unprofessional of Lynn and made everyone Involved very uncomfortable.

I am so, so happy with my hair!! I'm a long-distance delivery driver, and I stopped in after getting an AWFUL cut in Indiana. I could not be happier with my experience! She completely fixed what the other place did wrong and gave me an amazing pixie cut, and now I don't have to wear a paper bag over my head for the next two months. Thanks so much, guys! ❤️

Been going here for about three years now. ■Wonderful people that work here! ■Parking is plentiful, however, if you're turning left into the lot it can be tricky. (Pothole/manhole cover mix there) ■Limited seating in the waiting area, but it's a small shop. No big deal. ■They offer hair care products and tend to have sales often enough. ■If you're military/first responder, they have a discount you can ask about. 🙂

Jennifer not only crafts the most impeccable haircuts I've ever experienced but also radiates a delightful personality and delivers exceptional customer service. If she were to ever part ways, I'd be uncertain about finding a suitable alternative.
