people were friendly in this clinic, however the Advocate system as a whole is awful.. My insurance doesn't cover immediate care, so I called ahead of time to confirm the price of the visit which is about $90, and again asked about 2 more times to confirm the price. Then I received a bill suddenly for $125 more than I had already paid for. This is NOT good patient care, it is trying to rip people off who are already in bad financial situations. 2 calls with customer service has led me to me resolution with just the simple suggestion of making payment plans because at the end of the day, all they care about is money.

I stopped there this morning because I had a sore throat. I checked in at the kiosk, and when finished, it gave me a message saying the clinic may have too many patients today and it’s possible I might not be seen and that someone would be out to talk to me. There was a closed sign, saying they would return at 9:00. This was at 10:45. I sat in the chair for 20 minutes. No one else was there. No one. Not one other patient. No one came out to talk to me. I was invisible. Go to a real urgent care. This one is not worth wasting your time on.

I would NOT go here. My insurance cancelled on me without my knowledge and they didn't check it before, so I was stuck with the bill afterwards. PLUS the doctor told me I had a cold and to go buy some Mucinex. I have bad asthma and had been having trouble breathing for weeks, so when I was feeling even worse a few days later, I went to the Urgent Care Clinic in Westmont and they told me I had Bronchitis and a Sinus Infection. Highly recommend going there and NOT this Advocate Clinic!!

They wouldn't let me attend the appointment I made due to the pandemic despite the fact that I have zero covid symptoms and haven't encountered anyone with covid. Healthcare in this country is messed up and Advocate is part of the problem. I'll probably get banned from making reviews on Google if I used the words I truly wanted to use to describe this place. If I could give this provider -5 stars I would.

They stop accepting patience before their posted close time. Do not show up any later than 30 min. Prior to their close time and expect to be seen. They should change their scheduled close time to the time they stop seeing patience.

Showed up to this location bc the one on Roosevelt & Summit was "closed" (?). We were greeted by a lady that assured us that walk ins are welcome but since there are no appointments available, they could not see us. IOW, walk ins are not really a thing for them. Also, they display the "CLOSED" sign so people that have an appointment do not sign in again. Not sure if they understand the use of such sign. No alternatives offered or humanity for that matter. I wish I hadn't bothered to even think of going there.

Went this morning at 9am, met with the nurse and had a prescription by 10am. Great service from clinic and pharmacy, not sure why so many bad reviews.

DO NOT COME HERE! It is now a Tele heath facility with no doctor at the location. Why come, wait and pay $180 to talk on the computer? Save yourself the effort and do not come.
