The staff are very friendly and service is excellent. Apartments and the amenities are great. The one thing you can't control is who lives above you. You will hear footsteps and unfortunately the folks above my room in our two bedroom apartment walk back and forth with thudding footsteps for at least 15 minutes in the morning before 6am that I wake up every morning to it. Keep in mind that I have 35% hearing loss and still hear it loud and clear. It does not seem like they're doing anything malicious or on purpose either. Rather it's just how the building is constructed. It's unfortunate because if sleep weren't compromised this place would be 5 stars for sure.

We recently moved into one of the apartments in the 450 complex. We just love it. We like the wonderful location, there is a beautiful park nearby with beautiful views and playground for children of different age. Also there are many shops and restaurants nearby. We would also like to say about the staff with whom we communicate. All the staff is very polite. And in particular, we want to thank Brooke for her excellent work, patience and competent approach to my situation.

The 450 Apartments is one of the best apartment complex in the Chicagoland. Great location, brand new apartments and friendly stuff. Brook, Jessica and Cliff more then happy to help anyone and anytime. You feel like family support from every stuff member. Highly recommend to all💯💯💯

We moved here from TX and were looking for something sumilar to what we had. We came across The 450 and absolutely fell in love. We leased a one bedroom + study. This is perfect for us. I work from home, so the study was a great home office. The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen. Great size bedroom/bathroom and closet. The staff is amazing and always so extremely helpful. We normally deal with Jessica and Brooke, they have always been super kind and eager to help with anything necessary. We highly recommend this as the perfect luxury apartment home. Great staff, great amenities, and great location.

My wife and I have leased units at The 450 two different times in the past year or so, and have been very pleased. Pros: -In the office, Brooke, Sarah, Guste, and Jessica are friendly, responsive, supportive, and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make things better. They're awesome. -Cliff and the maintenance crew are very responsive to service requests, and they do a great job. -The apartments and common areas are bright, clean, well equipped. Cons: -A few residents do not consistently clean up their dog poop. You know who you are! Did you grow up in a barn? -The air conditioning units in our units were quite noisy. -Our clothes dryers were noisy. Summary: -We've had a great experience at The 450. I give them a 4.8 star personal rating, and highly recommend the place to people who are willing to pay a bit of a premium price for really nice accommodations.

Great community to live in! The leasing crew is nothing short of amazing. Maintenance is timely and friendly, too! Even the dogs are the happiest here!

Very nice place to live, and office and maintenance staff are very nice and respectful. It is rare these days to have a pleasant seamless experience with apartment dwelling so wanted to acknowledge it to help out future prospective tenants.

Disclaimer... I don't live here, nor will I be living here but I went on a tour with my friend and the excellent service needs to be acknowledged! I WISH that I knew the name of the lady that was helping us, but unfortunately, I do not. She was so kind, so helpful, and willing to work with us in a difficult situation. I really cannot express enough how awesome she was and she deserves a raise! My friend will be moving here, and it is 100% because she was so great. Update: her name is Brooke, and she is still so wonderful! If you are reading this, thank you so much Brooke for being such a big help to us!
