So far, disappointing. Besides the low gas prices, has been a let down. I used to live in MO and loved QT, but this one is not nearly as clean, well staffed, or reliable. Employees arent "quick" and dont check out multiple people like at other locations. Drink machines been down, never happened at other ones. Hopefully they get up to snuff compared to how they are in other markets.

This place is so inefficient. They always have half their pumps bagged as broken... and from experience running gas stations for 20 years, it's unlikely that any of those pumps are actually broken. The staff is just far too lazy to reset the machine or change out a part. It's hard to fault the customers, but when you see lines of cars, please move your vehicle from the pump, before going inside to shop. People are waiting.

BEWARE......BELLWOOD IL, If you pay INSIDE for GAS purchase using a debit or credit card, make sure you tell them the EXACT AMOUNT of your purchase, IF YOU PUMP LESS, they DO NOT adjust the sales price. On 10/11/2023 i requested a $50 fill. I actually pumped $40.10. The next morning my bank showed a charge for $50. Any other gas station you go to, if you pump a lower amount the charges are automatically adjusted and you are billed what you actually pumped. NOT HERE. They stole $10 from me. How many customers have done the same thing without noticing on their bank records. When i called corporate I was told you have to return inside for adjustment. No other business operates in this manner. Don't let yourself be taken by them.

Ain't nothing quick about a trip here, half the gas pumps are always broken. Not worth the wait for the cheap gas price. Only thing they got going for them are the drinks and snacks. For being a new gas station the pumps are always broken

I haven't been inside yet, but it's a brand new store and getting gas here is easy and fast. Everything works more than I can say for the one across the street. I can save 5-10 a gallon across the street but some nothing works right. QT also has better premium gas (93 octane) if you have a sports car or like my a motorcycle that 1 octane makes a difference.

It's a newer gas station and so many pumps are not in service. Coming is a headache because cars are constantly trying to squeeze by while waiting for an available pump and coming in and out of non functional ones.

We've been trying to buy gas at this NEW location 3 weeks In a row, last week there were 5 pumps broken, today we counted 9 pumps broken!!! What the heck...its a brand new station, obviously not well managed!!! Updated, went back again yesterday a week later...4 pumps down again!!! And again 10/28/23 FIVE PUMPS BROKEN!!!!

Horrible customer service! I called 13 times trying to scale cause the button is so far away you can't reach it and when Jacob FINALLY answers, he sets the phone down to ring up multiple people instead of just getting my scale done. Ridiculous. Shouldn't take almost 20 minutes to scale a load

AWESOME!!! DEEEELICIOUS Grilled Cheese, Bacon, & Egg Sandwich & Grilled Cheese with Tomato & parm made fresh to order using kiosk. Kudos to the young man who made our order, 562, very polite! Thank you!!! (I believe there are) 6 Brewed tea, sweet & unsweetened, to choose from! Pineapple green tea is deeeelicious. Raspberry black tea is deeeelicious. Watched this location being built and very happy to stop in today, May 23, 2023, about 9am. Of course, it's very clean being only open 1 week, employees were being trained to use the floor cleaner to keep it clean! There is a trainer manager on site/at registers for the employees as well. Truckers, great New place!!! Great addition to our community!
