I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dentistry by Design. It sounds cliché, but this experience changed my life. I've struggled for years with damaged, brittle teeth. Every trip to the dentist left me more disheartened about the state of my smile. It got to a point where I just hid my teeth as much as possible. Knowing maintenance repairs and whitening were never going to be enough, I made the decision to get a full set of upper veneers. I spent nearly a year researching and exploring options before selecting Dr. Morgan as my cosmetic dentist. I was extremely nervous to start the process. This is an involved procedure and there is no going back once you start. Dr. Morgan and his team made me feel so comfortable and took excellent care of me at every stage of the process. I met with them several times before we settled on a treatment plan. They were patient, professional, and kind. I knew exactly what every part of the procedure would be and what I could expect for results. I no longer live in the area, so they took special care in getting me scheduled for procedures over several months. As a person who has spent a great deal of time in a dentist chair, I have to compliment them on their patient care. They minimized my pain, kept me comfortable, played music and kept me distracted during the long procedures. After each one, they checked in on me for several weeks after and made themselves available for anything I might need. They really went above and beyond. As for the results, I am over the moon! It turned out even better than I could have imagined. I smile all the time and get compliments every day. I recommend everyone I know that's considering this type of work to them. I am so grateful to Dr. Morgan and the entire team at Dentistry by Design. I will be a long time patient and evangelist for the work they do. Dr. Morgan made sure that from my very first appointment, I was actively a part of the treatment plan and comfortable throughout the process. He truly cares about my well being and went above and beyond to make sure that my teeth are healthy and looking great. Initially, I was nervous to have so much dental work done, but now I am glad that I found Dr. Morgan and his team of dental professionals to guide me through the process. The results are absolutely worth overcoming my initial doubts. Although I am in the beginning stages of my treatment, I am ecstatic with the service that has been provided to me by Dr. Michael Morgan and his staff. My experience has been excellent, and quite honestly the best service I have ever experienced. I have a very difficult case. I am 27 years old and had trauma to a front tooth when I was 6 years old. I have been living with a front tooth that does not match the look of the other front tooth for all of these years and have been told by other dentists that this is pretty much the best it can get. I recently decided that I wanted to take action and find the "best of the best" to help me like the look my smile for once in my life. Once I was told about Dr. Morgan, I looked him up online and was immediately impressed by his bio. It speaks for itself - if you have read it, then you know that he is clearly an expert at what he does. After my consultation, I knew that I had finally found the best of the best. Dr. Morgan took the entire appointment to listen to my concerns and give me a comprehensive treatment plan. He was kind, intelligent, patient and very confident that he could help me achieve the smile I have always wanted. I told him that I've never felt so heard/understood by a dentist before. I left his office feeling hopeful and excited for the first time in my life! Dr. Morgan is also having me work with an orthodontist (Dr. Nick Riccio) to solve some issues that I have with the alignment of my teeth. The two of them put in extra work to communicate and work together on my plan behind the scenes. I am so appreciative of their relationship and the fact that they are putting in this effort into making sure that I am happy with my smile. I know that I am important to them and that they genuinely care about not only the aesthetics of my teeth, but the health and longevity of them. They make me feel like I am their only patient, which I appreciate more than I can explain. I am so grateful for Dr. Morgan and Dr. Riccio and the precision, care, and thoughtfulness they have put into my treatment plan. I can't wait to follow up with my final pictures once my treatment is complete!

Visited twice and had wonderful experiences both times. Karen was very helpful and welcoming. Angelica ensured I made it to work on time during my first visit, and Jen did the same on the second. Dr. Morgan is now my go-to dentist. Thanks to the entire team for the excellent care—I'll definitely be back!

Whether it's a cleaning or extensive, complicated dental intervention, this practice puts forth its best efforts at all times. Dr Morgan makes himself available for unexpected, unanticipated complications as does his staff so a patient never feels abandoned or unsupported. Everyone in my family is a patient/client of this practice and I have recommended Dentistry by Design to friends who are equally pleased. Dr Morgan is always professional, and his work is exemplary. He takes his time answering any & all questions and patient comfort is a top priority. Dental assistant Jen is wonderful , thorough, and is a calming presence. The staff is always friendly and inviting! Highly recommend this practice!

Came in for a consultation regarding my TMJ joints and paid the fee for my CT scans. Doctor Morgan said he’ll call me the next day (Friday) when my CT scan results will come in from a third-party lab. Did not receive a call. Ok, fair enough, I’ll call on Monday, maybe there’s a backlog of work the lab is working on. So I called the front desk on Monday, and I was informed that Dr.Morgan went about to teach some class for the next two weeks… The front desk said the CT scans could take a couple of days to process. Fine. No response for a week. I called the following Monday, and they said they needed to take more CT scans because the ones they took weren’t sufficient enough for the lab. Went in the next day to get more CT scans taken. I waited, and waited for the next two weeks, nothing. No phone call giving me any kind of update what was going on. I called them and they said they still didn’t have them. I had enough, I went to a different dentist a week later and it was only when he requested the CT scans directly from Dr. Morgan was when I finally got to see the results of my CT scans. Apparently, they had my CT scans for a while, and didn’t bother to call me about it. Again, Dr. Morgan never called me to tell me what the results from the CT scans showed, what he said he was going to do from the beginning, the other dentist explained it to me. This whole ordeal lasted a month. I’m disappointed with the service I received, from the lack of communication, to the poor workmanship, especially given that I paid $485. I was hopeful that this place was going to be a good choice for my problem, seeing how almost all the reviews are 5 stars. The whole staff were really nice and professional the first time I meet them, then everything went down the toilet. I guess I’m an unlucky outlier. Go somewhere else if you have a TMJ disorder.

I always come here to get botox as treatment for my TMJ. Dr. Morgan is amazing, and the treatment has really helped with the pain and stiffness!!
