I
had
to
visit
Pinnacle
to
get
a
mole
on
my
back
evaluated
and,
now
that
the
process
has
run
its
course,
I
am
grateful
that
I
have
such
a
quality
provider
so
close
by.
Dr.
Kramer
provided
me
multiple
options
for
a
some
suspicious
moles
that
I
have
and
then
ultimately,
as
any
good
doctor
would
do,
provided
his
recommended
course
of
treatment,
with
a
detailed
explanation
of
why
he
believed
it
would
be
in
my
best
interest
to
have
some
moles
removed
and
not
others
(he
actually
went
mole
by
mole).
Dr.
Kramer
is
a
rare
practitioner
who
is
able
to
demonstrate
high
levels
of
both
professionalism
and
empathy.
Dr.
Kramer
is
clearly
dedicated
in
his
field
and
performed
my
procedure
with
a
level
of
focus
and
precision
denoting
someone
who
takes
great
pride
in
his
craft.
Additionally,
I
never
felt
like
he
was
rushing
through
explaining
the
procedure,
or
answering
my
numerous
questions
regarding
the
procedure
to
have
my
moles
removed,
aftercare,
potential
biopsy
results,
and
further
courses
of
treatment
should
the
results
of
the
biopsy
be
unfavorable.
Thanks
to
Dr.
Kramer's
recommendations,
my
pre-cancerous
mole
was
caught
early.
As
a
result,
my
main
concerns
were
wound
care.
The
office
was
able
to
fit
me
in
to
Dr.
Kramer's
schedule
whenever
I
had
questions
that
required
him
to
evaluate
the
healing
process
of
my
removal
site.
Despite
some
of
these
appointments
being
on
short
notice,
Dr.
Kramer
was
always
thorough,
answered
all
my
questions,
and
never
made
me
feel
rushed.
Dr.
Kramer's
aide,
Brenda,
is
also
delightful.
Brenda
was
constantly
checking
in
on
me
to
make
sure
I
was
comfortable
before
and
during
the
procedure,
and
helped
to
explain
aspects
of
the
procedure
and
wound
care
to
me
at
times
when
Dr.
Kramer
wasn't
present.
Again,
Brenda
never
made
me
feel
rushed
and
it
was
always
apparent
that
her
main
concern
was
for
me
to
have
a
positive
outcome
and
feel
comfortable.
Both
Dr.
Kramer
and
Brenda
made
me
feel
not
only
cared
for,
but
cared
about.
Despite
some
of
the
potentially
scary
outcomes
or
test
results,
I
felt
as
comfortable
as
possible
knowing
that
Dr.
Kramer
and
his
team
were
looking
out
for
me.
One
more
thing
-
Every
time
I
called
the
office,
someone
answered
the
phone,
and
when
they
said
the
nurse
would
call
me
back
that
day,
THE
NURSE
ACTUALLY
CALLED
ME
BACK
THAT
DAY!
If
you
know
why
I'm
adding
this
part,
you
know
how
frustrating
it
is
when
this
doesn't
happen.
Being
a
skilled
practitioner
is
a
good
thing,
actually
caring
about
your
patients
while
being
a
skilled
practitioner
is
an
amazing
thing.
I
will
be
trusting
Dr.
Kramer
and
his
team
with
all
of
my
dermatology
needs
in
the
future;
I
owe
them
a
debt
of
gratitude
for
helping
me
dodge
a
bullet
that
could
have,
if
left
unattended,
caused
me
serious
health
issues.
