This was my second visit to Instant Urgent Care. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Comfortable and down to earth to converse with. Answered my questions and feel confident with diagnosis given to me. Will return again and give referrals to others. Thank you.

The two women that my son and daughter and myself were with were just so amazing. They welcomed us, which means a lot to me, they helped me right away, also is meaningful and certainly helpful with a 9 month old and 3 year old. They both listened to my concerns and were very sweet with my kids. They helped give great advice for treating my children’s illness that I didn’t get from my usual doctor. These women deserve more than 5 stars, I hope to not go back with sick kids, but absolutely will come back here. Very helpful, concerned and supportive staff. Clean waiting room, and clean patient room. Thank you!

Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility. (Not in home state so always a nerve-wracking experience to choose healthcare from afar.) Great empathy & personal sympathy. Excellent professionalism & pro-active care. Followed up with me to make sure my condition improved. Can’t speak highly enough of medical & receptionist interactions. Location convenient & facility clean & tidy. Made appointment within an hour, got in early! Had follow up care referral & completed labs same day!

I was visiting from San Diego and staying at a local hotel. My insurance provider suggested this urgent care. The nurse practioner was knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Within minutes, she prescribed medication. What was most impressive was that the office nurse/receptionist Stephanie saw that I was visiting and had no car and drove me to the Pharmacy down the street.that was incredible. I would absolutely recommend them.

I have had 2 confirmed appointments, and both times, it was closed. One of the appointment, apparently was closed that day, even had the hours in the door that it was open. Second time, it gave me 2 email confirmations, and once again, clinic was closed. Hours should be updated on door and online. These appointments were within 6 months and still the same problem. Waste of time!!!!!!!!! Even though location is convenient, I will never try and make an appointment again, nor will I recommend.

I received a text right before my appointment stating it was canceled. I called to inquire and was told to come in and disregard the text. When I arrived at 4pm the office was closed even though the door says they close at 6pm. I’m very disappointed they canceled my appointment without any explanation. Very inconsiderate of our time. Please consider going somewhere else or come at your own risk.

Visiting Chicago from California, ended up getting sick 2 days prior to returning home. After verifying with my insurance, my family made the decision to bring me to this particular facility and I could not have been happier. From the minute I walked in everyone who attended me was very professional, polite, courteous, caring and concerned about me. Before I left was given a breathing treatment and I walked out feeling a little better. Thank you.

I was visiting family in Westchester last week and had a dog-walking accident, ending up chin first on the sidewalk. I had cuts on my lip, nose, chin, knees, elbow, and a gash in my hand. My husband took me to Instant Urgent Care where I was seen immediately by a highly competent nurse and doctor who were also very compassionate and caring. I just had the stitches in my chin removed, and my local doctor said it was the best job he had ever seen. No scar. I was transferred to a local ER for my hand, and the stitching job there, after a 2 hour wait, wasn't even equivalent. I want to thank the staff for taking such good care of a very shaken-up stranger.
