5/14 Friday for Real ID Parked at 11am, done and in my car by 11:40am. There is only 1 line outside for everything. We were sent inside in waves, not one by one. Temperature checks at the door. Once inside, there were very few people and almost no wait. Also, there was a positive energy throughout the location and the ladies at the camera station really embody doing for others what you wish others did to you. Highly recommend!

After several attempts to get a state ID in other DMV facilities with awful lines I went there with no real hope, 1 hour before the closing time. I was shocked when I got my ID in less than 20 minutes! So thankful to these amazing people keeping it up, being so polite and fast. Amazing experience!

I went to renew my state ID, and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They got me through so smoothly and quick.

I went to get my State ID renewed on 04/05/21. Went in at 12:20 pm and was out before 12:50. There were around 4 driver's license written test computers and while I was there I only saw one person taking the test. In general, the facility was not crowded at all, the whole process for my renewal went smoothly. I only had to show my old ID. And the employees were very nice, which is always so appreciated!

This was my first DMV visit and TBH, I was astonished. With everyone complaining about queues and all, I faced nothing of this sort. The staff was quite helpful and I had my written test and Road test with license in my hand within an hour.

The service here is HORRIBLE. The room was rented from 1-5 and they came in at 4:15 & told us we needed to start cleaning the room within 10 mins. The guy did not leave the room making my family and I very uncomfortable. He stayed in the room from 4:15 until we left! Talk about the lack of professionalism.

The times I’ve gone to this place to do any paperwork have been super quick.

I went to the temporary DMV here to get my driver's license (as a new driver). We went at 10:30 on a Wednesday. There were virtually no lines. The employees weren't necessarily friendly, but they were very polite and efficient. I'm not sure how long the pop-up DMV will be in this facility, but take advantage of it while it lasts!!!
