Rude
staff,
bad
experience,
won't
be
back

The
experience
was
Sunday.
I
had
numerous
UPS
returns.
Kate,
the
Store
Manager
(and
apparently
owner)
was
extremely
rude
and
provided
poor
customer
service/judgment.
While
I
was
waiting
for
Kate
to
return,
a
male
employee
(think
his
name
was
Mike)
came
out
of
the
back,
did
not
offer
any
assistance,
and
simply
told
me
to
go
get
tape
to
finish
up
the
boxes.
His
attitude
was
extremely
rude
and
unhelpful
(and,
honestly,
unnecessary
as
I
told
him
Kate
was
working
on
it).
I
planned
to
keep
my
comments
to
myself
and
notify
the
owner
at
a
later
date
of
the
poor
customer
service
but
Mike
informed
me
that
he
and
Kate
were
the
owners.
Mike
did
not
have
any
title
on
his
store
badge.
I
understand
it
was
a
Sunday
and
perhaps
UPS
Stores
do
not
make
enough
from
amazon
returns
to
make
it
profitable.
If
that
is
the
case,
simply
do
not
be
open
on
Sundays
or
do
not
accept
Amazon
returns.
I
had
8
of
them,
so
one
would
think
the
store
would
have
wanted
my
business.
I
also
asked
if
there
was
a
notary
present.
Kate
provided
a
very
rude
response
(as
I
was
hoping
there
was
a
notary
as
I
do
a
lot
of
business
with
Nick
in
LaGrange
and
this
store
was
closer).
Online
says
there
are
notary
services
but
if
you
do
not
have
one,
no
problem.
Regardless,
the
experience
was
disappointing
and
I
ended
up
taking
4
packages
with
me
where
I'll
be
returning
them
today
at
another
location
who
provides
better
customer
service
than
I
was
provided.
If
Kate
is
the
owner,
either
have
a
better
attitude
about
being
open
on
Sundays
and/or
accepting
amazon
returns,
or
don't.
If
there
is
another
owner,
they
can
feel
free
to
email
me
to
discuss
this
further.
Either
way,
I
will
not
be
back
and
have
no
interest
in
doing
any
further
business
with
the
store.
