Our stay was less than desirable. We arrived up at 4pm and still had to wait another half an hour for our room to be cleaned. We called weeks before the stay and asked for all 5 of our rooms to be on the 1st floor near the pool. When we showed up we were all over the 2nd and 3rd floor. It was my daughters 3rd birthday and we were celebrating with family from out of town. We weren’t allowed to use the lobby for sharing a birthday cake. There was a church conference group that was given priority to the Hotel. Anything I asked for wasn’t granted. My daughter also left her paw patrol watch in a room and I’ve called three times and emailed twice asking for assistance. I keep being told that they will call me back and I don’t receive any call or email response.

We stayed here with a group of families that were all in town for a youth baseball tournament. We just booked with the group code. The hotel was a little dated but well kept. Our room was nice and clean, the beds were fine, pillows were good too. We didn't like the sliding bathroom door that you couldn't close all the way and latch but other than that everything was good in the room. I really didn't like how the hotel was laid out. The front desk, lobby, bar, and even pool are on one side of a very long building (3 floors). For some reason the elevator is there too which might make perfect sense. Except if you're staying on the other end of the hotel like we were it was a pain to all the way across the hotel to get to the elevator. There are stair midway down the long hall but I have a long of trouble with my knee. We were on the second floor so there was a lot of walking up and down the hall to catch and elevator and then out the side door to the parking lot. A lot of the parents hung out in the lobby in the evening and some stayed up pretty late. There was certainly a cast of characters coming through there. There were a couple of big concerts in town, a high school reunion, and other guests around. We had a great time in the lobby and James, who was working the front desk, was super nice. He was very helpful, did a great job, and would come over and chat with us if it got slow. He never asked us to quiet down or tell us it was time to leave. We had a lot of fun hanging out down there and we don't get that all the time at hotels.

Had enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very quiet even with the interstate right there. Staff is very friendly and rooms very accommodating. Gym is good but could use a new stationary bike and they do have guest passes for Lifetime Fitness around the corner. Only complaint is the mattress is older, also wished they recycled plastics, aluminum and glass. Breakfast is good as complimentary but not worth the $16 if not.

We stayed here for a family wedding as they had a block set aside for all of us. It's located on highway so not a lot of things super close but convenience stores and other shopping <10min Hotel staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We went to the pool and it was super cold water alongside the area itself but they were able to turn on the heater so we could enjoy the pool a little better. Also had an incident with another guest we didn't know who was bothering our party and James handled it professionally while apologizing for the situation. It wasn't the hotel's fault at all but they still took accountability for it and we really appreciated that. Thankful for a solid hotel team during our stay!

This was a great hotel. My room was large and clean. The bathroom was modern and clean. I was there with a large group of people and we all had a great time. The pool area was bright and sunny. Housekeeping even came everyday to clean my room. I almost forgot that's what hotels use to do. The staff was great. We were in the lobby having a nice conversation, and the staff came and chit chatted with us a bit and made sure we had everything we needed.I would come back to this hotel.

I stayed in town for a conference at the Crowne Plaza Chicago Southwest. The outside of this hotel isn't anything to write home about. The hotel in general is not a brand new hotel but was in good condition. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean and appropriately provisioned. One unique thing that I thought was interesting was that all of the soaps and shampoos and lotions and whatnot are provided and presented in wall mounted pumps. I have a picture of them below. I thought this was an interesting way to provide these amenities but I wonder how easily they can tell if they're running low. The rooms that I reserved came with complimentary breakfast which is not available to everyone. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast buffet either of the days that I was in the room. The check-in front was smooth and the reception desk staff is very accommodating and friendly

My experience at Crowne Plaza BR was great. My first room was very loud (being next to the highway) but the very helpful staff people amiably switched me to a room that was blessedly silent. The room was clean, very comfortable, and I had a cozy night. I have to give special compliments to the clerks who switched my room—they were so nice and made me feel like my request was not annoying. Great service is so important! Thank you.

Staff here are excellent! Friendly and ensure the customer is looked after. Great food. The reason the overall rating is lower is due to the VERY thin walls between rooms. You hear your neighbors conversations and television even when they are not loud. Also, a check on some regular maintenance us in order. Had to jam paper on the bottom of the bathroom door to keep it open. Otherwise there tended to be a smell when you did open the bathroom door.

Excellent service. Nothing fancy but clean and well-managed. Room smelled very strong of bleach when we arrived but the front desk provided a fan to help air it out. Offer shuttle service and pick up from the train station. Would recommend staying here.

Not a great experience. The pool is very small and the space echos very badly. If there is more than 4 or 5 people in there, it gets VERY loud. We live near by the hotel and had gone there to celebrate my daughters' birthday and use the pool. An hour after we arrived a group of about 22 people showed up to pool to celebrate someones birthday. We had to leave the pool because it was way to loud and crowded. That was no fault to the hotel but I would have booked a different hotel if I knew how small the pool area was. I was mostly disappointed in the service. I had left somethings in my room so I drove back to the hotel to retrieve it an hour after check out. An employee let me into the room to retrieve my items, but they were already gone. I spoke with 2 employees who said they would speak with house keeping and get back to me. Never heard a word back. After a week went by, I called and spoke to the manager. She also said she would speak with house keeping and get back to me - That was 5 days ago. My items weren't worth a lot (maybe $30) so its not a huge deal, but I don't appreciate the complete lack of communication.

We had our block of hotel rooms here for our wedding. Sandi was very accommodating and easy to work with. The hallways are narrow and the ceilings are strangely low, but once you walk into the room, the ceilings are much higher. We were in the jacuzzi suite room and it was great. The tub was the perfect relaxation for me the night before my wedding and the bed was comfortable afterwards. We were surprised with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne for the night of the wedding! Thank you so much.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a festival over Labor Day weekend. The staff was very accommodating and tried their best to get us rooms close to each other. We felt like our rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious. We had a comfortable bed and a good amount of towels. Location was right off the highway which made it easy to get anywhere. I injured my ankle on the first day of the festival and the hotel staff helped us get ice bags to ice my foot. Large dining area for breakfast. Easy, free parking. Would stay here again!

Beware - I had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds as we wer traveling with 3 adults. Confirmation came back as expected. 2 days before arrival, the hotel changed my room type to a King bed. No explanation given other than to say the other room type was no longer available. I canceled the reservation and booked at Hilton property, where this has never happened to me before

Wow! Needle in the haystack. I would strongly recommend staying here. Clean, classy, and quit. Just needed a quick place to take a nap and man wish I was spending the weekend instead. I was quoted 89.00 no breakfast was charged 99.00. I didn't even complain because this place is worth it. Thanks for "WOWWING" me. I hope I come back through this way.

Thelma was amazing. We checked in late in the evening and she was simply delightful. So much energy and really made us feel welcome. It is obvious that she loves her job and the Hospitality Industry. I can't wait to come back and see her!!! Great hotel-wish the bar stayed open later!!!

I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I am very happy and satisfied with the service and accommodations offered. I had two minor issues and they were fixed the day I reported them. I received daily text messages from the concierge that checked me in asking if everything was going well. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Special thanks to the concierge who checked me in, Nikolai.

Crowne Plaza is an IHG hotel, which is why I stay there. However, I while I honor the chain, I question the "pay for breakfast" option - the quality and selection of which is comparable to any other free continental at most other hotels. The bar is adequately stocked - but not incredible, and the rooms are about par for their price. What saves this review from being 3 stars is Heather at the front desk. She is kind and intelligent, super responsive and worthy of at least a raise and bonus. Where the hotel itself was lackluster, she provided the shine and then more.

First time I have been to this hotel I went for a event that was hosted by PPP I stayed for three days. The rooms were beautiful clean and very spacious . The staff were very friendly. The only bad thing I can say about it is the breakfast I felt needed to be complementary and not charged, but it was still good.I would definitely go back.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza this past weekend for an event with PRETTY, PLUS, AND PROUD and the hotel was beautiful, fast exceeded my expectations. The rooms were huge, lots of seating, clean, and the beds were so comfy. The staff is top notch, so kind and very helpful. Thank you Crowne Plaza!!

Three negatives. 1) They want you to pay for breakfast 2) They start serving breakfast at 6:30. Those of us who are working need it to be served at 6AM or early. 3) I live in a hotel 3 weeks at a time I can't afford pay for full service laundry. I'd like to do my own wash, please. Positives: 1) Pool open until 11 PM. 2) They were thoughtful enough to put me on the side of the hotel away from the freeway. 3) They made sure that I had clean towels daily.

I booked 2 nights through HotelTonight. On my first night, I went out to my car and there was strong odor of marijuana through the floor that eventually made it into my room. I did let the hotel front desk know. I left the following morning and checked out early. They did offer me another room the AM I left, but I didn't want to stay in the hotel any longer. It was relatively inexpensive to stay there and I suspect it is being used for partying for this reason. They would not provide any refund as it was paid for in full prior to my arrival through 3rd party site. Other more minor issue would be that no hand soap in the bathrooms and no shower gel/soap for showing. Have to provide your own.

This place exceeded expectations in every way. If Kelly is behind the bar you're in for a great night. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Very clean, modern rooms. Great food. If you're in the area and need a room then this is the place. Only place in the area with a bar/restaurant in-building without having to pay for a Marriott

Nick and Kelley made my business trip much better. Nick was always on top of it at the front desk and took care of everything I needed even though he was definitely doing double shifts and had every reason to not help me out, even when working on his birthday! After a long days work Kelley was a welcome sight at the bar/restaurant and took care of me and my coworkers and went above and beyond what I expected from this hotel. These two along with the friendly front of house staff and shuttle drivers made my trip much more pleasant.

Hearing protection required! This hotel is located directly at the Interstate with paper thin walls and windows. This was a hell of a night.. To be fair, they have rooms facing the rear but said they were all sold out. At checkin we were told about the hotel breakfast. The next morning we were asked to pay for it even though it was never mentioned before. In addition the breakfast is average at most. This was the one and only time I stayed there. Only giving it 2 stars because the rooms were clean and the bed was decent.
