Good customer service. Thanks for doing free delivery so I can give better tip for driver! Pizza was good homemade pizza dough

Tonight I cut my own pizza. Not a huge deal bc thankfully I'm not ordering lunch in an office where there's no pizza cutter but the inconsistencies of this location persist. Chicago's Diversey location was top notch. For 2 years I've had to order from Elmhurst and am disappointed each time. Whether it's cutting my own pizza, under cooked, overcooked and dry, no Mariana, no peperonchinis, cold, there's always something off. I've called and very kindly shared this..., I was casually given a credit I'm not sure I ever used.., but the consistency is awful each time I order, I miss the Chicago location! (granted that was 2 years ago now)

Order was fresh and delicious definitely will go back to this location only. Very good. Oh hot and ready took ten minutes or so.

Ordered my food at 11p and it did not arrive until 1am. First delivery attempt was the wrong address. When i got the pizza it was cold and soggy. Not to mention they didn’t follow the instructions on how i wished my pizza to be made. I will NEVER order here again, and will heavily pursue anyone who wishes to order here. Update- They rectified this situation so fast i had to give them another chance. Hands down great customer service and a good little spot to fill you up.

Very little cheese & toppings on the pizza. Not sure what happened, Sarpino’s has typically done a nice job but it was a big miss with our last order.

They didn't cut my large pizza in squares like I requested and they didn't give me any marinara sauce just all garlic butter food was good but the miscommunication on simple details like that is not a good look

Decent pizza, a step above Domino's. But $13 for an individual 7" pizza that's 75% bread? Not a blue-collar lunch spot.

This location is a joke. Literally got serve food that's raw.... these employees are too lazy to even put in the deep fryer.. wow

Food is good but prices have gone up considerably. More than once, I received the wrong item but when it's right, it's really good. You can't go wrong with just about anything you order.

Not bad not good. Nothing wrong with my order or the service when picking up. I just found the food bland and the price a bit high. I'm sure there's good things on the menu but sarpinos is just not for me.

Out here for work and had a rough day wanted good food and I took a chance 😁 and y'all came through.cant wait to dig in thanks for turning my day around

Pretty consistent, good food. Always fresh pizza. We don't order as much as we would because the sides are not consistently the same quality and my wife doesn't like the pizza very much but loved the wings and the bruschetta and they are great 50% of the time and so so 50% of the time.

Unfortunately I must say. The place in the last year has really gone down in service. Multiple time I feel that the service isn't courteous or at the quality it once was. I have been ordering from here for about 4 years and now I think I'm done.

Called to update my order while it was "baking" per the tracker. Lady who answered just said its on the way and hung up(kinda rude). Still baking and then I got a update text its being delivered via doordash. Not Sarpino's. So I tipped a Non Sarpino's employee.

It's 9/28 9:04pm I just tried to order a pizza and the first time the guy took my order then hung up on me (no lie) then I called back and he said you didn't tell me it was for delivery... So I said ok you didn't give me a chance before you asked for my credit info. . He said ok well don't give me a attitude! Then I said ok thank you but I don't feel comfortable ordering after this!

Awful. They mess up my orders all the time, one way or another. This is the LAST time I ever order from them again. The ONE thing in this world I can’t stomach is mayonnaise and that’s what they put on my Italian sandwich. And it’s not supposed to have any mayo on it. I had to go without dinner. It was too late at night to order anything else and we didn’t have any food in the house. Thanks again, Sarpino’s! You’ve ruined yet another meal for me.

Took over an hour to get my food via doordash, driver had to wait 20 minutes to get the food. Received the pizza and they didn’t even cut it. Couldn’t really eat it. Come on, it’s a $28 deep dish pizza + tip and you forget to cut it…

Sarpino's Elmhurst always has exceptional customer service and delicious pizza. I order for family and office events and they never disappoint. They even have vegan options for our friends with dietary restrictions. My favorite is the spinach special I order it every time.
