They were friendly and their Service was pretty good. Food was delicious, but if your looking for a quick bite this is not the spot, 40+min wait.

we wanted to try the famous chicago deep dish pizza and this place did not disappoint. although the service and atmosphere left a little to be desired, the pizza itself was delicious. i love how the tomato sauce is on top because that way it’s the star of the show.

This place used to be good. If it’s a slow day, they just serve you their frozen items they sell. Went in and ordered a deep dish and it was literally just the frozen one and not freshly made like they do in other locations, I know because I’ve bought the frozen pizzas to go before. Completely different place than it was a few years ago.

We flew in from NYC and hopped a cab to Giordano’s for an early lunch. Why spend $75 dollars in the airport on two sandwiches when you could get real deep dish?! Yeah I don’t know either! We ordered the sampler platter to start. It came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Then we ordered the Artichoke, Feta, and Spinach thin crust. That came out next and was a huge surprise. It was absolutely delicious!! I would get this all day. Then we got the cheese deep dish… duh. Perfection. Great location and our waiter was attentive, helpful, and so kind!! Go anytime you need a fix of great pizza and excellent service!

Pizza is always best in house. Great drinks and service. You'd think after how many years they'd upgrade the inside but I guess they all stick to old school rustic maybe. Heads up 18% gratuity added to your bill automatically before tip.

walked in for a chicagoland pizza with a group of 4 and they treated us great. sat down in a different part of town wasn’t sure what to expect but turned out perfect. great service and delicious food.

Pizza was awesome our server was super friendly and nice. Wasn't very busy so she was able to focus on us more.

My first Chicago pizza experience. We started with calamari and a salad which were both great. Pizza was great. I didn't choose the toppings, but I enjoyed the spicy peppers and texture of the dough. My only issue was the staff had shirts that said "I got stuffed in Chicago" or something similar but they didn't have any on hand to sell me :(

Took a two month vacay to fish and try some of america's regional dishes. I was not disappointed with my experience here. Both the bread and pizza were awesome. Service was good.

Service was very attentive. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter made sure our drinks were never empty. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread and chicken sausage deluxe deep dish pizza. Just a FYI, our waiter notified us that it will take 35-45 mins for the deep dish. That was okay with us. Just a heads up in case people complain that they didn’t get their food right away. Cheesy garlic bread was good, very fresh and fully cooked. Deep dish pizza was hot, delicious, and very cheesy. Crust was flaky not hard, and just the right amount of chewiness. Medium is enough for two people.

My daughter and her husband ordered pizza from here for me to try because they, and their 2 boys love it and I have to say WOW! and DELICIOUS! and AMAZING! I have not had a pizza this yummy in a couple decades or so. Seriously! Next time I'm in town I'm definitely ordering one (or 10) 😁 to take home with me to Indiana! I'm craving it right now.

All five stars. They had a sign up stating they are hiring for all positions and that made me nervous. Sometimes that turns into a bad experience but not here! Pizza was excellent. Service was excellent. Clean and comfortable as well. Good way to end our visit to the area!

I love Giordano's pizza. I recently took my young daughter to Chicago for a daddy daughter trip before school started. She loves pizza, so I had to bring her to one of the best pizza places. She really liked it, but being 6 years old, she said she likes Papa John's better, but only because it's easier for her to pick up and eat. Our server was great and very kind.

I've been coming to this Giordanno's since I was little, so it is always a bit nostalgic to be back. This time, I was in town for a few days and went with some close family friends. Service was great - we moved from a booth to a table for more room and they happily accomdated us. We ordered their house salad and two extra thin crust pizzas. Love the buttery crust so much! Thanks for a great meal!

Nothing as great as Chicago deep dish at Giordano's. Too high of price, and a long wait to prepare. Otherwise would give 5 stars

We went out for family dinner. The service was bad, the pizza was xtra thin when we never requested xtra thin. Also we we’re charged gratitude when other Giordanos do not add to the bill. I asked manager about added gratitude he just said due to number of my party they charge. No signs or on menus mentioned it. I was not going to argue about it but will never return to restaurant. For them charging for that service they should have done a better job at the service to our table.

Haven't had the deep dish in 2 years. This is not what I remembered. I will order again but if this is the quality of Chicago pizza nowadays all I can say is wow

I had a bad service on this location. The food did not taste good very thin pizza. As well the waitress didn't came to the table to check if we need something else. They just came three time one to take the order, another one to bring the food and last to give me the receipt. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE . I WILL RATHER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We went for lunch and had the thin crust. It was really delicious. Came with an excellent Cesar salad. The pizzas were perfect. Our server Daniel did an amazing job.

Tonight I wanted to have a nice family dinner, but from the start our server, Daniel, had an attitude about everything. From the start he had an attitude when my husband asked if the baby sling was sling and not just a high chair. He had attitude about us wanting to order a pizza to go while we were waiting for our pizzas to cook. He didn’t even ask if we wanted one check or wanted it separate. So when we asked to split the check, he got an attitude and slammed the check in the garbage. This is the most disrespect I’ve gotten anywhere I’ve gone for dinner. Then to find out there is a service charge on our receipt. Now I’m all for tipping and treating everyone with respect. But this was the worse experience I’ve ever had and will never go back to this location.

It seems the second time I experienced them not preparing the pizza the wait did I ask. First time same thing they wanted me to bring the pizza back and they make me another pizza so that means I have to leave my house in order to go take them the pizza that they messed up on in order to get another Pizza not good did the first time I was not going to do that again in order for them to make me another one. When I told him the manager that I was going to go to Beggars next time he said pretty much that is your choice. I spent $28 on a pizza that was not what I order. The young lady on the phone and took the order said that the cook's probably didn't know what it was she was saying which she should have specified what it is that I asked for. Definitely will not be returning nor will my friends.

Excellent service and great food! Always impressed by this chain, but this store is well run, very clean, and a pleasure to visit.

Went out to get some delicious deep dish pizza with my girlfriend and her brother (who was visiting from VT). We got the sample platter for appetizers as the deep dish pizzas take a good forty+ minutes. The cheesy garlic bread was so good, and cheese triangles were again super stretchy cheese. The pizzas were absolutely delicious with that amazing cheese stretch.

This was my first time ordering and my first authentic deep dish pizza. The layers of the pizza and the taste was incredible! I got an individual deep dish with pepperoni and meatball. Highly recommend!
