Casa de Montecristo has a very friendly and awesome staff. They have a huge cigar selection from average to premium sticks. The members lounge is first class; comfortable seats, warm atmosphere and friendly customers. Clean restrooms as well.

Love this lounge! This is the 2nd time I've been here since I travel from the Carolinas to Chicago often. They have a vast selection of sticks that are hard to find where I live. The 1st time I was here I enjoyed the tour I was given upstairs and downstairs in the private lounge. Any cigar aficionado can find all they need to enjoy relaxation at this location. Right now they are going through a remodel yet the ambiance is still worth the visit in my opinion.

Nice place inside, the prices reflect that. Very good selection of cigars but I've had better service not sure what that was about.

My family goes here all the time. Especially my son. He told me to go here for my husbands birthday to get him something special. So did and I am so happy I did great place great customer service.

Great selection of cigars, they stay up to date with popular selections and vintage cigars. Not too large of a place to lounge, but going there on a non busy day is just what the doctor ordered. You can bring your own beverages and food in the lounge if you purchase cigars from them. Cool and relaxed crowd. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with lighters, cutters, and accessories. You deserve a moment of peace away from home or work.

The staff here are absolutely magnificent as well, very knowledgeable and very helpful. This is what a cigar lounge should be. A place to visit every time you come to Chicago if you’re a cigar smoker.

Probably my favorite cigar lounge that I've ever been to. Really like the two inside seating areas (one with a fireplace), and the outside patio as well. Great options for cigars and really friendly and helpful staff. Wished I spent enough to make it to their member areas downstairs which is decked out with nicer chairs and BYOB - have been able to get down there for some special events they put on in the past like their Davidoff one last year. Highly recommend this location!

One of the best cigar places ever. Staff is great selection is incredible. Very knowledgeable staff and the people that come there are amazing. If you’re looking to enjoy a cigar this is the place. Or even if you don’t smoke cigars and are looking for gifts for someone else all the staff are willing to guide you they all are incredibly smart when it comes to cigar.

I had a fantastic experience during my first visit to Casa De Montecristo. Matt provided excellent assistance to my friend and me in selecting a few cigars. They offer a wide range of cigars and an abundance of options, making it definitely worth a visit.

My Favorite cigar lounge Thier VIP Is impeccable and Omar's knowledge on cigars is that of an young old man that has traveled the world and has smoked every cigar !! lol, he knows his stuff!! Always great service and cool staff thank you!

Visited on a Wednesday night. Huge inventory and variety. Good advice picking a stick that I smoked there. 3 different employees came over to check on me and a pal and shoot the smoke. Just a great experience all around
