Lady which is on receiving is so rude. She don't know how to talk with drivers. Please if any authority is reading this message. Teach her some lesson regarding respecting someone.

very rude old lady at drivers check in and irresponsible shunt driver who is on the job on june 27 at 9 am. they doesn’t even pay attention towards us. waiting to move a trailer from last one hour. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Show up for your appointment on time not early no more than 15 minutes early I would say or they'll turn you around as long as your own time you should be unloaded within 45 minutes it was one of the best receivers I've been to lately

Real scumbag company had a 11 a.m. appointment and here it is 8pm and still havent been unloaded without any explanation.

They are not professional like other MB facilities .. this is my second bad experience with them.. The security guard tolf me to come back at 1630.. It is almost 1500 and still no one could check me in.

APP: 5:30AM / Check-in: 5AM / Out: 6:15AM Overnight parking available at side streets. Stop at guard shack for check in. Park in front of receiving to get the assignment door. Backing up and wait for a second green light. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers. Fast unloading.

A great place with wide room for "maneuvers" but only the exact time of the appointment. No overnight parking. Unloading took about 3 hours.

They’re very strict about parking.definitely you can’t stay over night ! My load was very quick, you have to come like 30 min before your appointment time. I’ll not recommend park on the street because the police is standby in the areas, I saw someone get a ticket early morning. Be safe, be prepared and stay positive

One best I've been to, it's smaller other MB I've been to but had plenty of room to maneuver. I Was in and out in an hour which great. I gave four stars because the lady in check in office was not friendly at all. But they got me rolling fast and that's more important to me than someone's bad attitude.

On 8-14-2022 I had an incident with a truck driver (David Teasley) for this company. Part of my car has damaged due to the set up this person had with a hose coming from his 18 wheeler. Police was called and I got a police report to be able to file a claim. I called the Insurance company and filed a claim with a lady named Alma or so I thought… according to the person that helped me she claims she “started” the claim. ( this was on 08/15/2022) I was given a claim number. I called again on the 18 to find out my claim num doesn’t exist… I start another claim with a lady named Dani, again for a second time. I’m told there would be a rush and I should hear back by 08-22-2022. I’m still waiting to hear back from… I called today on 08/22/2022 to follow and get told by a lady named Tina that my claim from the 18 is not handle by her department. In the mean time my car is in the shop and I have yet to hear back from this company insurance. Also the driver David Teasly was absolutely rude, cursing at me and making me feel unsafe! Instead of trying to work things out he went for the route where he started yelling and using profanity… maybe BC I’m a woman he thought he could use his yelling to intimated me.

I was a little worried after reading all the reviews, but got here 1 hour and 10 mins early, and they gave me a dock door.. guard was very nice and the folks in the office were too..

They serve you very well at the place. Starting from the security guard. You have to know that the Receiving office closes from 12 am to 5 am and from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. They are strict with parking. If you have a Live, arrive an hour early. If you have a Drop, arrive up to 4 hours in advance. Be patient . Thursday and Friday are full

Security guy was super cool. Shipper are nice . Alot of space to backup on docks

Got here at shift change other then that no problems,got me a door,and out in about 2 hours approximately

If I could give this place zero stars I would. OO, if you’re in a hurry or low on hours do not haul to this place. Zero since of urgency, you will sit for hours! I will never haul to this DC again. Most definitely will get retention for this one.

Loading went pretty good. Didn't call me when I was loaded like they agreed to. Had 8 pallets and didn't use any of my load bars for securment. Load at delivery was leaning but didn't fall over. Luckily

Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and the guard shack lady decided to leave once she seen me pull in. She was gone for 20 minutes then came back and was crabby and talking that Mumbo jumbo language I couldn’t even understand. Told her I couldn’t understand her and that made it worse. If you don’t like your job get out

Place is ok !No overnight parking but u can park outside on the street ! And only buy Apt don’t try to come early! Morning lady’s she’s rude management have to talk with here she’s not show her professionalism !! Stay safe brothers and sisters!!!

This is a Union place work is based on seniority, so yes new employees get the hardest assignments on the warehouse or worst delivery routes. Management need to communicate more with each other because they all say different things, if you ask them something they all have different answers.
