I’ve been going to this clinic for 6 years and helped by Kristina at the front desk every time. I’ve been there 3 times since she left and every time my experience was worse than the last. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you’re minority. The ladies in the front put the care in scarecrow not caregiving; and I wish for ownership to realize how much loss of business it results in. Daily. Today these ladies had me fill out a new patient form as if I’ve never been there, then told me they have no record of any immunization ever being done at their clinic. See photo!

I have been coming here for many years. My experience has always been nothing but exceptional. I have seen many different people there, but their NP Nina is excellent. She is extremely kind and efficient with anything I’ve ever seen her for. Amber has also been amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and it’s staff :)

I was extremely unwell and required medical attention on a Sunday. Fortunately, I was greeted by a compassionate Nurse Practitioner named N. Defrais, who, efficiently and swiftly, aided in my recovery. Her exceptional care and genuine concern for my well-being made a significant difference in my healing process. I highly recommend this Medical Center.

I have been to this a few times recently and saw Nurse Nina. She waa excellent. She listens well, is very empathetic and caring. Additionally, she is very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend seeing Nina. Handles any type of illness or routine things too. Very timely. Rarely ever had to wait.

I see Nina the best N.P. Ever…..was having so many issues losing lots of weight and feeling very sick, Nina saw me every time I called or texted her, she would not give up until figuring out what was wrong…which my regular doctors didn’t even care about…Nina never gave up and finally found the very unusual problem I was having….she is the best but far she is someone I always want for my medical health…can’t say enough good things about her….the staff there is also very very kind and caring..thank you so much

They are my go to when I can't wait for an appointment or go to the ER. They are fast and reliable. The staff is very professional and friendly.. Many of them can't find my vein and constantly poke me leaving me black and blue but these guys know how to do their jobs.

Great doctors! My favorite emergency clinic! They always diagnose my health problems for me, my family and friends. I have been coming here for at least 15 years. Good Very convenient and fast service. I recommend them to everyone!

Super friendly and professional. The building is older, not appealing. But the staff was outstanding. Nina was the nurse practitioner during my visit. Been coughing for over a month, tested for everything. But just a cold. Nina made sure to cover all the bases so my cough is now under control. I even got a call the next day to check in. Better care than I would have ever expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to go there.

Very friendly staff. Started with a smiling happy front desk staff employee.They quickly brought me back & took care of my issues. Felt as Nina listened to my complaints, she quickly & effectly came up with a treatment plan. Explained everything thoroughly so I would know what to expect. Will fortrue return in the event I need immediate care again. Great to know since I do have a large family.

This clinic and doctor, is one of the best i have ever been to! They treat you like your family! The doctor nina is organized and swift in helping you as a patient with your concerns. Nina is very caring and concerned with whatever your needs are. No nonsense here!

My gosh. Nina was the BEST urgent care practitioner I have ever come across. She was so thorough. We were cash pay patients so she didn’t do anything unnecessary. She used all the resources she had to find answers for our daughter. Her bedside manner was great and we were in and out quickly. She called me promptly with updates and asked how my daughter was doing. Hands down, would 💯 recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you so much Nina!

Remarkable story:: I lived crippled in pain for years, while forced to work in America. I never made a dollar, rich Americans need those. . I went without insurance to the age of 51, crippled by joint disease. one day. when I was 51, I lied and , Someone special saw through that Lie. That doctor, was here 1252 Ogden, 2 blocks from my house. The agony, I was spared by a simple 300mg Prednisone scrip may have saved my life 11023. Nina and the crew went out of there way to help me! She was fantastic in terms of getting me quick help with a health issue. She brought me in quickly and was not waiting long in terms of getting X-rays o anything.

Nina is great to work with and always makes time for me! Facility has a great staff and takes time to listen to your issues and help to resolve them! Highlt recommended if you are in need!

From the moment I arrived at the location everything was quick, I was in the lobby no longer than 10 minutes. The facility was VERY clean with an area to get free refreshments. There was no one waiting, it didn’t seem as if I were in an emergency facility! The staff was very friendly and calming. I would recommend to everyone!

Clean environment ✓, positive and great employees✔, was helped in a timely manner ✔, they even blessed us with stickers, drinks, snacks, and toys! I love this place. They helped my kids to get some extra help like antibiotics.. for the common flu .. every grateful for them!! Feels safe too.

The perfect place to go if you need the services of a clinic. The place is spotless, and everyone who works there is friendly and competent. I had a very good experience for a minor wound and I was provided with a small quantity of first-aid supplies for follow up. This was the second time I had been there, and I had a similar experience the first time.

I called ahead to see what the wait time was-30 min. Must have been my Lucky day-didn't wait long at all. Nurse that check me in was kind and compassionate. Wasn't long til Dr. was in to see me. He was also kind, professional and caring. Listened to my ailments and took notes. I would return.

The clinic is fine enough, but their billing department is unprofessional, sloppy, and behaves in a manner which suggests there is something unseemly going on. Repeated communications via all available methods of contact go unanswered, false information is submitted to medical providers, and resolutions to simple issues take months of back and forth at a time. No fault of the clinic or their staff but be wary unless you want to end up paying for very expensive services out of pocket.

This is truly the best urgent care I have ever been to. The employees at the front are very attentive, the nurses and medical assistants are also compassionate and attentive and Dr Nancy is obviously in the right profession.

Slow, run down and dirty. Face masks are required, but they don’t provide any and will turn you away if you don’t have one. Yet the staff walk around without any masks on. Maybe the place would move much faster if the staff didn’t spend so much time talking to each other.

I got in and out fast. The medical assistant was so nice and treated me very good and no sooner did I get in the room my test was ran and doctor came in to see me. I will return if needed in the future. The front counter was super friendly and nice.

My experience was excellent the staff are friendly Following a car accident, they were able to see me late in the evening before the clinic closed and I was in and out quickly and courteous and I was seen right away. Dr Alam was great he was clear in explanation and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I'd refer them to all my friends and family.

Everyone we encountered there were friendly, kind, and professional! The front desk ladies were wonderful, the nurse was so sweet! I loved that he explained everything as he was going through the physical. We were in and out within 30 minutes. My daughter needed this physical asap and they helped out when her Dr. Office couldn't. 10/10 recommend this urgent care!

I tend to have trouble trusting medical professionals, but I feel I’m in great hands with Nurse Nina and her team. She goes above and beyond for her patients, and is the kind of person you want in your corner, not afraid to stand up for you to make sure you get the care you need, be it with pharmacies, other health care providers, etc. I feel I can count on her to tell it like it is in a kind and caring way, keep things in perspective, and probably make me laugh. She shows she genuinely cares in many ways, and provides guidance and support without judgement. She is also very generous sharing her own lived experiences with health and healthcare, which can be very helpful and comforting.
