What’s up with all the positive reviews? You can call or text this travel agency a thousand times but nobody will answer. Wanted to book tickets for 10 people with them nobody is answering guess they don’t like money…. I’ll just go to someone else who’ll appreciate me spending my hard earned money with them.

Had a wonderful experience going through MI travel for Ummrah. My parents have been there several times, and this trip was by far the most relaxing and easy for them both. Does anyone check their phones? You claim to be available 24/7. You made a reservation for us in Mecca at the Swiss hotel. They're not letting us check in because you failed to make the payment and they're now asking us to make the payment in full. How about bother to respond so you're not leaving clients traveling for umrah through your agency stranded.

I had a great experience with MI Travel! Went for hajj this year. Very well planned and each step was well explained. Hotels were nice. Bilal was a great go to person. Very well respected, made sure everyone was well taken care of. Definitely recommend traveling and bookings flights and packages with them.

I called 4 times to get quotes on an all inclusive to Mexico . Talk to 2 different gentleman and neither has called me back 3 days later . Now going with a different company. What a joke
