So, being that my family and I had a great experience with my grandparents years ago. My brother and I made the decision to aend my mother here. Not only for that reason. But, also because her Pulmonary Doctor is her. The follow photos are what I walked into and my mother arrived here at 4:10 PM today. Now, with that being said, my mother is to be rotated every 2hrs, I came in and my mother was laying flat on her back. About 7:30 I walked down to the desk to speak with the Nurse and ask her when she will be rotating my mother as she sat at the desk and giggled with the security and is a very short tone she said I rotated her at 5:00 okay well it 7:30 she needs to be rotated. And how can you rotate a person if there is nothing in the room. No sheets, no pillows, no towels NOTHING. Thank God for for my neighbor who works in Hospice because she came in cleaned, dressed, rotated my mom, changed the bedding as there was a big yellow stain on the sheet etc. SHE DOESN'T EVEN WORK HERE! Still as we sit here not one nurse has been in here. The nursing Supervisor I believe her name was Cathy oh boy was SHE NO HELP!! Even after I called my mothers doctor who called her to find out what was going on. AGAIN do you think they came here? And guess what there's only two patients on this floor so thre is no reason why you cannot get off your butt and work. SO, I asked the PCT can you please tell the nurse to come here and she tells her "well she's being transferred to another floor" and what does that mean? So, I have to leave my mother's beds side as to why Lucheena couldn't come and speak.... ARE YOU SERIOUS? AND THIS PLACE HAS A 4. WHAT RATING? HOW?

My cousin was there a couple of weeks ago in the icu, my family didn’t get a chance to thank her care team in the morning shift. Everyone in the unit was nice and polite the hospital appeared to be very clean at arrival. I recommend this location because I’ve tour other kindred and this location was the one we chose!!!

My experience at Kindred was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and attentive.I especially want to thank Karina, Sandra, Jeanette and B just to name a few but everyone was very professional. I had heard negative comments before coming to the facility but all were unfounded at my stay. I would definitely recommend the North Lake hospital. Thank you to the staff for making my stay at Kindred comfortable.

You can’t judge a book by its cover. There’s allot of great things going on at this hospital. The facility is beautiful their rehab gym is small but is fully equipped. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, staff are professional and seem very caring, the cafeteria is looks very cozy, I don’t see anything wrong with this hospital. Glad I made the visit !!!

A WONDERFUL facility with an amazing staff. My sister who had COVID19 and was intubated for 2 months was originally transferred to RML Hospital in Chicago. My family and I were very dissatisfied with RML nurses and doctors. It was a horror to have my sister in that hospital. Thank God for Kindred that had an available bed and they were able to pick up my sister from RML and thanks to Kindred my sister has been recuperating very rapidly!! It amazing how Kindred got her off the ventilator, her tracheostomy, got her eating food and start her physical therapy. My sister came out of her medically induced coma scared, nervous and anxious; Kindreds amazing and sweet staff, nurses and doctors helped feel safe and comfortable. She was able to gain back hope and faith in doctors and nurses having kind hearts. We love Kindred and I will miss speaking to Antoinette, Katrina, nurses and doctors. They have prepared my sister to go to an excellent top rated Acute Rehab. Thank you Kindred Northlake!!

This has truly been a pleasant stop in our journey. My husband started in the HAU in Northlake and was met with nothing but kind caring individuals while here. The place is clean and although the staff is at times overworked they are ALWAYS hardworking. I would like to especially thank RNS Jazmin and Steve from HAU who took the time to remember my face even when my husband transferred to a regular floor. Shout out to RNS jolanta, Ruth, Giselle, Melvina for also being kind and offering to step in when the CNA was attending another patient. Thank you to CNAs Denise, Sandy Kay, Stephanie for going the extra mile for my husband. Respiratory team James, George. Nursing Supervisor Kathy. Doctors Switzer, Bawamia, Lee, Merza. Therapy team Jackie, Chlora, Tiffany. And so so many more. You all played. A Crucial part in the care and progression of my husband. One or two hiccups in the road. Everyone has a bad day once in a while and there were times it was difficult to get someone on the phone but overall the experience has been outstanding. If you're deciding between here and Lakeshore, this would definitely be my go to. Also RN Muyung, Lugene. Cna Clara. Therapy Bee

Overall staff was very friendly and caring. I was sent here for physical therapy before returning home. In the five days I was there I didn’t receive any physical therapy. There was no communication between the hospital and Kindred. I felt like I was a new patient going through new process all over again. I was told even by staff that kindred is only interested in making as much money as possible from the insurance. I was given medicine and treatment that I no longer needed and the previous hospital had stopped. I felt like I was just wasting my time there. I asked for the paperwork to sign myself out. A million excuses were made and I agreed to stay one more day for them to process my release. They bent over backwards to make me feel like I was making a mistake. They called my Dr to complain, they wouldn’t allow my wife in the building. I was threatened that I’d be sent home with no medication or oxygen. They had different nurses and doctors come in waves to try and talk me out of leaving. The night before I kept getting woken up so I wasn’t able to sleep. They came to give me physical therapy once I had demanded to leave. I pretty much forced their hand and I was sent home with no oxygen or medicine. Horrible experience I would not recommend this place for care. Seemed like they cared more about getting paid than giving care.

My husband was a patient at Kindred for 18 days in December of 2021. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of care planning done for him, as well as the quality of some of the specialists they employ. When my husband left his previous hospital to come to Kindred, he was alert and awake, connected to a ventilator through a tracheotomy. When he was arrived at Kindred, he was in some distress, so he was sedated. The problem was that as the days went on and he was continually unresponsive, no one seemed concerned about it, no rehab/ treatment plan was ever initiated, and I had to be the one to demand a neurological exam after 6 days of this to see what was going on. The Patient Care Coordinator ironically didn't seem to know that no specific PLAN was ever put into place to figure out what was happening. The "STAT" order after his EEG took 72 hours before I finally received results. Totally unacceptable. Results showed extensive neurological damage. The day I took him off of life support, the respiratory therapist came and disconnected his equipment, never telling me anything about what to expect. After my husband passed 3 hours later and I left his room, not one person said anything to me on my way out. I have never received a follow up phone call or email to express condolences or anything else after a disappointing 18 days at this facility. What a disappointment. I would never recommend this facility to anyone after this experience.

My father stayed here for a few months last year for wound care and to get off his ventilator. The staff was informative and more helpful than some of the other places my father stayed at. I would recommend this place to anyone searching for an acute care hospital for their loved one.

My son was transferred to Kindred North Lake Hospital to receive rehabilitation after receiving acute medical care at a hospital in Indiana, I must admit, I was very skeptical about him being transferred to this hospital, because I never heard of this hospital before. I am so happy my son received medical care at Kindred, NothLake. The entire staff were friendly, welcoming, professional and my son received the excellent care he needed. The medical staff took time to explain every procedure and answer each question. They took time to keep family updated about my son's progress. This hospital is a hidden gem. No, I am not paid for this, I just believe that you should give credit when it is due.

We had a misunderstanding the first night we were here but things were quickly turned around. A majority of the staff is very helpful and positive and upbeat. Mary Ann the wound nurse, B, Karen and Kevin from therapy are awesome, Renita and Luella accomodated us with a bigger room for as many visitors and as much equiptment that we have and Karina and Sandy Kay are Pcts that really made it a lot easier for us. If i had anything bad to say it would just be that there should be some one from therapy here on the weekends and just a little more organization when a patient is brought down to the gym the techs should be finished with the previous patient(s). The bathroons could use a little attention or updating.

I had a family member hospitalized at Kindred Northlake for less than a month. My family and I had a pleasant experience at the facility. The doctors, housekeepers, nurses, case managers, respiratory therapists, and staff were very nice and informative. Everyone was quick to respond to our needs and questions. The facility was also very clean. I appreciated that family could visit during Covid. Antoinette was quick to setup appointments for family to visit. We were so happy to see our loved one and it made a difference for everyone. Thanks Kindred for all that you've done!

My mother has been at Kindred twice this year, the staff have been great. It has been difficult with limited visiting hours due to the pandemic, but the staff made it possible to do video chats with my mom when in-person visits were not possible. On the times I have visited, safety precautions were followed, and the staff was welcoming. I could tell my mother had a good rapport with many of the nurses, therapists, and support staff she interacted with, they were often joking around together when I saw them interact. My mom said the food left something to be desired, but there was a decent variety offered. The facility does feel a little dated, but not outdated, some of the rooms are extremely small with barely any space for a chair beside the bed, but others appear to be more spacious. Most importantly, I feel that the level of care my mother received has been good and has aided in her recovery.

We decided to send our dad to Kindred Care to recover from a severe bout of pneumonia. He was at Kindred for roughly a month. Since our dad was still dependent on a ventilator, his doctors decided the best course of action was to do a tracheostomy. The goal at Kindred was to get him off the ventilator, have the trach removed, and to facilitate dad breathing on his own. Kindred succeeded in these three goals. The challenge for us was that we didn't know what to expect and how to ensure our dad was getting the health care he needed because we weren't with him. Our dad was also too weak to pick up the phone, press the nurse call button and due to the tracheostomy, could not speak. So we asked Kindred administrators for help and they did. We reached out to doctors and, soon, we were in contact with them every 2-3 days for updates. The rehab health tracker app was great because we saw what kind of therapy dad was getting and how he was doing. A few nurses, in particular, Rami and Alicia, deserve special recognition. They were very helpful. Renee, who is not a nurse, also helped our mother when she came to visit. Dr. Gupta and Dr. Olivares were also excellent. Katrina, the caseworker, and Toni, who manages visitation, were compassionate and knowledgeable. They responded to our concerns and helped us to the greatest extent possible. Kindred succeeded in the three goals we had and now our dad is onto his next stage of recovery. We will always be thankful to the staff at Kindred!

The experience at Kindred-Northlake Has been exceptional, from our initial tour with Anjeanette to the time when my father needed to be transferred here. Everyone has been very welcoming and kind, in such a difficult time for my family, through my father’s illness. The staff is excellent from the nurses to CNA’a (particularly, Lavinia) restorative -physical therapy and Respiratory therapy. I was very happy to see that they have started working with him and giving him therapy very early on. Thank you, Kindred-Northlake for the care you have provided for my father. Alma Herrera

I wrote a review 3 months ago but unfortunately I have a follow up review. My mother passed back in November 2023 and I was shocked how the doctor that was assigned to my mother’s care didn’t even give my family his condolences. There were two nurses that didn’t which really helped us but when you have a loved one, especially your mother pass you would think that the doctor would say something. I even had the doctor’s cell phone number and he still didn’t send any condolences. The cause of my mother passing was changed at least once, which makes me very uncomfortable. I don’t know if they are just making something up or actually know the cause. Everyone I can’t stress enough, when your love one is in the hospital make it the entire families duty to consistently check on what the doctors and nurses are doing. I send all my love and blessings for those that are going through tough times with their health and wellness. Everyone please have a safe and happy new year.

I have a relative who is currently at Kindred. They are receiving good medical care, but the patient care is VERY lax. The nurse aides do not help the patients with basic hygiene. Nobody wants to be confined to a bed for days without brushing their teeth, washing their face, or cleaning their ears. For the patients with mobility issues this is not good since they cannot get the items themselves. Every morning an aide should ask each patient if they’d like to brush their teeth, wash their face, hands, and clean their ears. Then prepare the items so they can do so and assist them if they need the help. Is this something that can be done?

Worst place ever. Con artists. Promised to get my special needs brother well enough to come home. I get called Thursday night their moving him to ICU. Got him stabilized but still has tech , can’t talk , on oxygen , feed tube in stomach , on IV , on antibiotics, therphy can’t even get him to sit up on his own and on and on. Friday out of nowhere a case manager came in and asked if I’m family member. I said yes. She said she is discharging him in 5 days. I said he’s in no shape or form to go anywhere in his bad condition. She said what is his condition. I said your letting my brother go and don’t even know his condition. I said where is he going. She replied that’s your problem and left. Please people this hospital wanna be is not a long term care facility by any means. They kick you out after 3 weeks regardless of patient condition. They did Nothing to improve his condition. My brother has special needs because he was born that way. I believe he is being discriminated because of his condition. My brother has the best insurance which will pay for his stay until he’s ready to come home. This looks like a lawsuit in the making.

Please do not bring any loved ones here. The hospital is extremely sketchy and unprofessional. I had to remove my loved one because I feared for her safety. I’m typically not the one to write reviews but I feel like this one is important. My father is currently fighting Covid and ever since being transferred to this hospital a few weeks ago he’s made such a big progress. Doctors and nurses are all understanding and have done their best to help my father and we can see how far he’s come along in just a few weeks under there care. We have a long road ahead of us but thanks to the team here he is alive and making good progress.

I'm sure you don't want my review. My husband, Jim Burkett was the patient at your Northlake facility. I was very disappointed. In his care there. It appears that he was drugged most of the time.. On occasion, I attempted to wake him, that was totally impossible. No one was checking on him. When I questioned the nursing staff, they seemed defensive. He had to be moved to another facility for surgery and then returned. They lost his teeth. Finally found his upper dentures, but never recovered his lower ones. Staff was always questioning me if I was sure that he had them when he arrived there. YES, he did! A nursing supervisor did arrive in his room and began to search, but to no avail. From there the subject was dropped. I'd like to know how I go about getting some compensation for this issue. This is a difficult problem to replace. I would call on days that I couldn't visit to see how he was doing. The stàff were difficult to understand and àlways said they would have the nurse call me back, which was sometimes yes, but most times I never heard back. I must admit that he was àlways very clean and the staff was attentive when requested. Please contact me regarding replacement of his bottom dentures.

All the nurses taking care of my son are top notch, with special mention to MJ Karim who exceeds my expectation of care giving not only towards the patient but to family and coworkers. I keep fighting to come back here whenever my son needs a Skilled Nursing Facility. Everyone else is included, not just the nurses and I was struck with the word "Kindness" as one of their core values which is palpable whenever you walk in.

I have been so pleased with the care Kindred has given my mom. They keep me informed and my mom continues to improve. To not be able to see my mom in person, due to the pandemic, has forced me to put more trust in caretakers than I've had to in the past. Kindred is up to the responsibility. Thank heavens for essential workers!

My brother was admitted to Kindred, Northlake 3 days ago. As of today, he has seen 1 doctor for just a few moments. His bed and gown have not been changed. When given meds today (very late) he informed his nurse he was out of water. She shrugged and asked me to provide water I brought from home, never filling his pitcher. He has now been sitting in his bed for 2 hours, sobbing, because the bed side commode he requested is still sitting in the hall, and his multiple attempts at ringing for help are going unanswered. While visiting for 4 hours today, my Mother and I had asked the nurse multiple questions such as how long he would be on antibiotics, if the doctor would be coming in, why he was prescribed 2 antibiotics but only getting 1. ALL of the questions were met with "I don't know, I'll check and let you know". Not 1 answer was ever given. My mother and I left in tears knowing no one deserves such treatment. Especially when we observed them chatting about personal things at the nurses station and were clearly upset when they had to tend to anything!

My stepmom was in here for 30 days. Her care was horrific. She had a stroke and was paralysed from it. They staff would let her lye in her own feces for hours on end. She had multiple bed sores in less than one week of being there. Due to the difficult times with covid we had to zoom chat with her. The staff would never do the calls when they said they would, that is if they did them at all. They did not perform any of the necessary rehab that she was in need of. We requested a transfer to another facility and we were given the run around. They said they were unable to contact the other facility for two weeks straight. We did it ourselves in one day. Now that she is in a place receiving proper care she has made incredible progress. If you or a loved one are in need of medical care, do yourself a favor and choose another place.

Worst place ever to put your love ones! Can't recommend that place at all. Since the first day we noticed that was a mistake to pick that "hospital " . The overnight crew screwed up my dad's health that he needed to go to the emergency room, and admitted to a real hospital for one more week. He was in this place at Northlake just for 3 days, so you can imagine the lack of good care for the people who stay there. My rate for this place is minus 1000

I have the sad obligation of really focusing on my exceptionally dear companion who has become unfit to advocate for herself. The staff at Kindred has ended up being totally priceless to me. Dissimilar to the medical clinic where she initially became crippled, Kindred has strived and substantiated itself at each crossroads to: Keep me educated in regards to all parts of her consideration Keep up with her nobility concerning cleanliness and appearance Make all authoritative issues sensible Give convenient reaction to all inquiries/concerns Orchestrate full workforce gatherings upon my solicitation I thank the whole staff for their thought and graciousness for my buddy during this difficult stretch.

My family member received excellent medical care while at Kindred Northlake and he had many medical needs. The hospital was very clean. The employees, from custodial to physician, made eye contact and acknowledged you. The medical staff was caring and routinely gave updates. One observation was that a call light went on in a patient's room and when I passed by several minutes later the light was off and a staff member was in with the patient. All of this made me very comfortable that my family member was going to be well cared for.

Left food and coffee for a patient at the front desk with security. Security guard said the food and coffee would be brought up right away to the patients room. Get a call from the patient 2 and a half hours later saying no one brought anything yet. Called back to see why not and security informed me that he handed to nurses 15 minutes after I gave to him and nurses left food on a counter and forgot to give to patient. Unacceptable. Next time will have to wait in lobby till confirmation from patient that food and beverage have been received as no one seems to care at this facility. The nurses negligence and supervisors lack of knowledge and control of operations put me in a very high state of unease. Would not recommend this facility for your loved ones as patient also describes to in the past 2 days or so that staff is unfriendly and does not feed him - as to why I am bringing him food and water. Brought him food and water the last two days - why so negligent today? Seems like the care was there from the start when patient was admitted on May 12th. Not sure why level of care has declined significantly since then.

I have the unfortunate duty of caring for my very dear friend who has become unable to advocate for herself. The staff at Kindred has proved to be absolutely invaluable to me. Unlike the hospital where she first became incapacitated, Kindred has strived and proven itself at every juncture to: Keep me informed regarding all aspects of her care Maintain her dignity with regard to hygiene and appearance Make all administrative issues manageable Provide timely response to all questions/concerns Arrange full staff meetings upon my request I thank the entire staff for their consideration and courtesy for my pal during this tough time.

My mother has been staying here for about a month now and when I say they are unprofessional and ghetto I mean just that. The nurse caseworker who is in charge of discharge calls me every Thursday with a supposed plan for discharge but doesn’t really even know the actual status of my mother condition she only calls to assume the next step no actual facts just assumptions today I received a call from her nurse for the day in which she said hello and asked me to hold. Then she hung up on me when I called back she told the nurse who answered the phone to tell me she would call me back , that was at 10:18 am this morning I just called back and they told me again they would have her call back I wouldn’t refer my dog to this place don’t do it !

My mom has been at Kindred since the beginning of November for some rehab after some medical issues. From the moment I stepped in there the very first day, everyone has been nothing but kind and welcoming. From the security guards, doctor's, nurse's, CNA, respitory therapist, therapy...I seriously can't thank each of them enough for getting my mom back to where she needs to be 💜

One of my relatives was admitted to Kindred Hospital Northlake and when I called next day to check whether any doctor had come to visit, I was a bit disappointed that despite having a good reputation why Kindred Hospital North did not have a policy for the assigned attending dr to visit a new patient at the earliest?Added on 6/22/23. I checked with the family members who were highly appreciative of the attending physician Dr.Chool Liyana and his nurse practitioner and Cardiologist Dr Siddiqui. They have seen the patient regularly and attended to a situation immediately in late evening hours. Undoubtedly, the care from the Kindred’s doctors has been comparable to a regular hospital from where the patient was transferred. The family has however observed one difference in resperitory treatment.RT staff does not stay with the patient . The family was also appreciative of Patients Advocate who regularly visits them. I will add additional reviews later.

I stayed at Kindred for physical therapy (1 month). Time in PT & OT was appx 1-1.5 hrs/day, 5 days/wk (combined). In bed 22.5+ hrs/day (24 Sat & Sun). Only exception was toileting & that was not till I could walk well. Maybe this is industry standard. I don't know. Acute facilities are much more focused on PT/OT.

(Translated by Google) It is the worst hospital I have ever met, the most inhuman staff that may exist, my mother was admitted on January 9, 2019, and died at 4 days, communication with the staff was very bad, my mother was supposed to be admitted for a long time, Dr. Sagun said that maybe one more year, since he was suffering from lung cancer, at the time when the alarm began to indicate that he was losing his pulse nobody paid attention to us, finally someone appeared , he took her pulse and said, it is normal, she is dying, with all the coldness of the world, we were never informed in the right way and they know it, I advise them to never take a loved one there, since the service is extremely bad (Original) Es el peor hospital que he conocido, el personal más inhumano que pueda existir, mi mamá fue ingresada el día 9 de enero del 2019, y falleció a los 4 días, fue muy mala la comunicación con el personal, se suponía que mi mamá estaría ingresada por un largo tiempo, el doctor Sagun dijo que tal vez un año más, ya que sufría de cáncer pulmonar, a la hora en que la alarma comenzó a indicar que estaba perdiendo el pulso nadie nos hacía caso de atenderla, por fin apareció alguien, le tomo el pulso y dijo, es normal, ella está muriendo, con toda la frialdad del mundo, jamás se nos informó de la forma correcta y ellos lo saben, yo les aconsejo que jamás lleven ahí s un ser querido, ya que el servicio es extremadamente malo

In short, this place is a torture chamber, masked as a hospital and operating in a nursing home basis. I won’t go explaining all of my personal experiences, but I’m warning you, if you have to make a decision regarding your loved ones, please, please, please DON’T CONSIDER IT, AVOID IT at any cost. DO NOT DO WHAT I DID

The bathroom was filthy. It had brown rings around the toilet bowls. The housekeeping period wasn’t that hot. If a handicapped person came to visit the door was at the other side of the hospital. I had a wound that needed to be cleaned twice a day. I always had to remind them especially for the second one.

My dad is currently there after a long, lenthy course of being sick. The nurses and doctors have gone above and beyond in there care for him. Being a healthcare provider myself, I can honestly say with reassurance that they are quality providers and care about your family member getting better. I am forever grateful and humbled by there empathy and care of my father. I would not hesitate to refer patients to this facility. Thank you Kindred!

I want to give honor to those who made my stay at Kindred not be scary. #1 place goes to Alex-CNA, he made me feel at ease, comfortable since day #1 I had him as my CNA. He never made me feel like I bothered him, never made me feel like I was one more task he had to complete to get his day over with. Any time he was in my room, whether it was seconds or minutes, he always paid attention to my concerns and needs and met them. Eyes dont lie and he truly is compassionate and empathetic. He deserves to be the best CNA in Illinois, Kindred and the USA. I will give an example of how awesome he is; I felt a burning sensation on the female private area, and I saw a little blood on the purewick sucking tube, he listen to the concern, and found the spot and saw it was spot bleeding on the lower right area, he let the nurse know so she can call wound care, (side note: wound care came after a while but were dismissive I was telling them the same thing I told Alex and they just kept talking amongst themselves, and said I don't see anything its not true, and I was trying to explain where the bleeding was coming from but again they zoned me out and left. They dont bother to explain, plus they are rough upon touch. Its a man who wears black scrubs and tall, female short and navy blue scrubs, totally different from the wound care employees who I saw the day of my alleged discharge, which is Jocelyn and Toby, and I thought I was leaving so when they asked how are you, I replied happy to ho home. They could have walked out or become dismissive, but THEY DIDN'T, instead they were attentive, made me part of their outloud thought process, of my issues. They showed true compassion and didn't see me as a task to check of because they could have walked away, oh she is leaving so who cares not our concern anymore but I was seen as a human with needs. Now, Judy-CNA, I will forever be grateful she tought me to push myself and stop having limiting beliefs of myself because I am capable of more physical activity and mobility regardless of my weight. She is awesome. I really like how she gives the full body bed baths. She paid attention to my needs and accommodated accordingly. Physical & Occupational Therapy are THE BEST IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. The fantastic trio, Paige, Kevin, Gino. They made me feel alive, the made light of any situation, and regardless of the hurdles they found ways to humor up. They are the perfect balance, Gio he is very observant and sees ahead a time what can happen and is ready to act. He is patient. Paige-she is the best cheerleader and patient, great sense of humor, well all 3 do in their own unique way. Kevin-he is nice too, I appreciate how he had an eye to know what one is capable to do and was gentle about it, he would say, how do you feel doing this or that, I think you can do it, he was not pushy and he made me feel comfortable that it was okay to take breaks and listen to your body without feeling ashamed. Nurses whom I appreciated each for different reasons: Victoria-she always explained what she was going to give me or do. Respectful and she always paid attention to my concerns. Evelyn-she knows how to make you feel comfortable in bed, she always makes sure before she leaves without telling her or reminding her to leave call light, table, your phone and charger if you have one. I looked forward to her full body bed baths because she knew what she is doing what products to use for what. Made me feel safe. Edna- she catches right away what her patients like and every time you have her she already anticipates what you want. I'm not done writing my review, I will continue later I'm getting sleepy.

I’ve been at Kindred for 5 weeks. I can’t say enough about the therapists, nurses and CNA’s. Especially Johanna my nurse and Cameron and Alex my aides. The wound care nurses were rough. I would recommend a stay here. Very clean. Great staff. I can’t say enough about the CNA’s and Nurses. The administration not good. They transferred me to a nursing home rehab place. I need rehab. I have wounds on my legs and my butt. The butt was getting changed twice a day at kindred. I was told where I was going would do the same. The place I went to told me they told Kindred they could only change my bandages once a day. I feel that I got lied to.
