If
you
are
thinking
about
moving
in
to
this
apartment
complex,
I
recommend
that
you
do
not.
While
the
leasing
office
staff
are
very
helpful
and
friendly
I
cannot
say
the
same
for
upper
management.
My
girlfriend
and
I
moved
in
to
our
3rd
floor
apartment
in
December,
and
originally
had
minimal
complaints.
Apartment
layout
is
pretty
spacious;
the
hallways
and
common
areas
are
generally
well
upkept,
and
we
haven't
had
any
noise
issues
through
walls.
However,
when
temperatures
started
to
raise
in
the
summer
our
AC
could
not
keep
up.
We
have
consistently
been
paying
40-50%
more
on
our
ComEd
bill
than
our
neighbors
because
our
fan
(which
is
extremely
loud)
is
on
for
about
95%
of
the
day.
We
have
to
leave
the
blinds
closed
all
day
since
the
sun
makes
our
apartment
unbearably
hot.
Management
could
not
care
less
about
this
issue.
I
have
been
trying
to
get
them
to
fix
this
for
6
months
now
and
I
have
only
been
met
with
one
off
emails
from
the
leasing
agents
saying
that
they
will
bring
up
the
issue
to
their
manager.
Not
once
in
this
6
month
battle
have
I
actually
talked
to
a
manager,
as
if
they
are
hiding
from
me.
We
know
someone
who
is
having
similarly
terrible
experiences
with
this
management
company,
and
is
going
to
take
them
to
small
claims
court
to
get
it
sorted.
I
believe
my
girlfriend
and
I
will
have
to
do
the
same.
Finally,
we
have
the
largest
issue
with
this
apartment.
The
singular
elevator
that
the
building
has
has
been
out
of
order
for
almost
5
months
now.
Not
only
is
this
another
reflection
about
how
much
the
management
tries
to
saving
money
wherever
they
can,
even
if
it's
causing
detriment
to
their
tenants,
but
it
is
a
blatant
violation
of
the
Fair
Housing
Act.
Do
not
move
here.
