+ typically quick to get appointments + easy to go there/park with your car Edit: changed my rating to 4 as staff is quickly responsive and getting appointments is seamless and rapid! - no lab in the complex, need to somewhere else - no personal interaction/care from the doctor (never adressed by my name and no mention of previous visits - feels like dr is seeing me the first time each visit) - short time to interact with the doctor and felt like doctor needs to jump to another appointment so interactions were rather brief - not aware of online system to track appointments/results

The nurse that greeted me was super sweet. Dr. Sachtleben was his usual helpful thorough self. I always feel as though he spends a good amount of time listening.

Dr. Sachtleben is patient focused and an excellent diagnostic physician. On top of this he has an outstanding personality. Totally confident with him taking care of me and all my family members . Would go nowhere else for a primary physician . He truly deserves to be in Chicago’s top 100 doctors which he is!
