I love this place and highly recommend this shop becuase the shop is easily accessible, and the customer service is awsome. The people who work here are very friendly and will talk about bikes and any questions you have. They take there time and always have great prices and great service. Overall, this place is a 5 star review due to the great service and great overall prices.

This place is fantastic! Even though they sell and repair serious bicycles, they are always willing to repair and give solid advice about my inexpensive and/or comfort bike. These guys are the real deal. This is definitely a small business worth supporting.

Great professional service and the guys are super friendly and helpful always willing to take a look at my bike or give some advice. They really know their stuff and consistently give great service and have awesome gear.

They did a lot of repairs on my bike I got used on Craigslist for a good price. Originally, I was going to have a chain guard installed but they explained it was more of a derailer and cassette issue. I'm glad I paid to get the work done instead of trying it by watching videos online. I am amazed the life I already got out of my bike and with the Great Little Bike Shops help, I can expect many more while having it feeling brand new. Super good service.

I took my 10 year old road bike for a tune up to the appropriately named Great Bike Shop. They tuned it up and replaced my chain and shifter cable. Now the bike feels new. It shifts so well. These guys really know what they are doing. I found their prices reasonable too. I’ve had many tune ups at other places with various levels of thoroughness but this time was very different. It feels like I have a new bike!

The Great Little Bike Ship is hands-down the best bike shop I have ever worked with. Dave and Luke are top notch technicians and experts at every aspect of bikes from tires to power meters, from aero wheels to bottom brackets. I will never have anybody else work on my bike. They care about their customers. They listen to you and offer honest advice. They don't nickel and dime you. Instead they make sure you're happy and that keeps you coming back. Oh, they also offer great value for your money. 5-stars.

Dave and Luke are masters of their craft. They WILL solve your issue, no matter what bike you bring through the doors. I trust them implicitly with all of my business - they made my 70s-era Schwinn 10-speed ride like glass, were able to rebuild my late 90s hardtail from the ground up, and they keep my XC full suspension on the trail despite my best efforts to destroy it! If you're not a natural gearhead like me, don't get in over your head, just have The Great Little Bike Shop take care of it!

They not only fixed my road bike, they found the root of the problem and fixed that too, all for a very reasonable price. My old bike shop would never have gone the extra mile (no pun intended) and would've charged me twice as much for the privilege. The GLBS has a new loyal customer.

I am happy to contribute another five-star review to this local gem. I came in looking for an affordable but utilitarian bike. I got great service. I felt like all my options were well explained, and I walked out with a new bike that I can't wait to ride. I love the idea of supporting a local shop and I really do feel like the service I will get over the length of my purchase will be superior to anything that I would find versus purchasing in a big box store.

These guys are the real deal. My 8yo daughter inherited her older brother’s Haro, which needed new tubes and tires. They had her back on the sidewalks of CH faster than an Indy pit crew.

These guys are absolutely great. A real bicycle enthusiast store that’s also really accessible just for getting your kids a bike. The brothers who run it are experts and you can tell they LOVE their business. Highly recommended!

Took my son’s bike in due to failing brakes. It was fixed within a day and very reasonably priced. My son said the brakes work better than when he got it brand new.

My son took a rough tumble in Madison, thought to hang up his bike as a result. Brought his rims to the bike shop and we are back in business!!! Well worth a little effort for sure.
