We had a great stay. The staff was outstanding. The nice lady that took care of the breakfast area was especially nice. Rooms were large and comfortable. We were having dinner at the Kobe restaurant, and it was only a 5 minute trip. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel. Remodeled, tidy, and quiet. Great shopping and restaurant location. We switched hotels after a disappointing stay at Yorktown Mall. Breakfast was standard, lobby is large. Large, well-furnished rooms. Walk-in shower in spacious bathroom. Definitely returning.

When you go for a vacation the big problem car parking specially Roadside places, but this place tremendously different, parking garage near this place and no rent , I think this is superb. Inside coffee was nice, Staff was nice. Manager was also a good nature person. Room was comfortable, and every amenities were available, hotel atmosphere make our mood and memories delightful. Prefer to come next year.

First time here, but everything was excellent, so there was no stress. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the room was reasonably priced and the meal was excellent. The lobby was really busy, which made the overall view relaxing. I'd like to return.

Everything about our experience, from check-in to check-out, was top notch. Staff was extremely kind. I was greeted as a member at check-in and check-out. They provided us complimentary water bottles. Bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great. And cool touch with games in the lobby! Awesome stay. Would definitely go back.

I would rate the rooms higher except for the shower door leaking that left the bathroom floor very wet. I understand it was an install issue when the hotel was built and they are working through to correct. The breakfast bar was good, above average for this level of hotel. Rooms are well set up and comfortable.

This place was lovely. My husband and I stayed Friday night to Sunday. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was also very quiet, so there was no noise or disturbances from other people who was also staying there. They did have a continental breakfast. I didn’t actual go that morning but my husband did. He brought back yogurts, eggs, sausage links, biscuits with gravy and apple juices. I only had a yogurt, but he really enjoyed the other breakfast items. We will be booking a stay here again.

The rooms are the smallest I believe I have encountered with a kitchenette and probably should not have been converted to this layout. The refrigerator door couldn't fully open without hitting the bed and you could sit on the bed while reaching out to stir what you are cooking if the cook top had worked. If you are choosing this Mainstay for the full sized "suite" designation, you will be disappointed as they are older smaller standard sized rooms that should not have been converted into kitchenette suites. There was also the strong odor of weed in the hallway on the floor we stayed on which isn't necessarily a huge problem but seems to typically indicate a hotel below a certain tier. The property was well lit outside at night and overall felt safe, and wasn't overly priced for the area. It was more than I would have paid for a kitchenette type room if I had known ahead of time about its cramped, forced fit size. The rooms were otherwise clean and the bathrooms up to a nice, modern finish. Overall if I were looking for a hotel in the area again, I would stay here if necessary but would definitely look for other options first, knowing what the cost versus benefit this particular site brings.

Traveling as a couple for work. Perfect location for us. Walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants. Free breakfast, clean room. Staff was definitely working hard to keep the place clean at all times. The only ding I could possibly give is the rooms aren't very sound proof. It didn't bother me but my spouse is a light sleeper and you can hear the conversations of the neighbors and the hallway, the elevator bell, etc plain as day. But that in no way is the fault of the staff.

Visit here for the first time, but everything great so feel no tension check in and check out was painless, room was affordable, food was good. lobby was wonder full so overall view relaxed you ,I would like to come again

Beautiful but that is not all of it - nice open parking lot - arrived w a nice desk associate , Sid . I watched him interact w a few guests ahead of me - always pleasant - took his time w each one as of they were his top priority . He offered Me a nice welcome bag for being a cp member as well . My room smelled clean but was clean !!! And I cannot say enough about the lighting in the room - exceptional. I stay in many hotels and this by far has the best lighting of all! The beds are appointed w crisp linens , taller mattress’ and a nice “weight” for blankets . I also liked the hvac unit 1 I could actually run the fan all night for the white noise . The tv’s are large and of course brand new - desk chair again the best I have experienced and zero issues w the free internet . Bathroom shower - simply amazing w luxurious glass shower doors and great lighting / clean tile floors and fo ally … led mirrors !! I would stay again and again and will when I am traveling near Oak Brook. I will prob make this a place to get away this winter as well for a shopping weekend as near some pretty nice retail. Try it -you will be sold on returning too .

We had the pleasure of working with Terri, and we had a fantastic experience. My brother’s wedding is today and pre-booked 80+ rooms for our guests. Although they were pre-booked, it’s 80 rooms, and it was certainly challenging to go through this process smoothly. With that being said, Terri was excellent. She made this process much easier than it truly was. Even when my family members gave her a struggle, she was calm and proactive about the situation. Thank you, Terri!

Great helpful and friendly staff and management. Brand new hotel rooms and suites with a clean and pristine environment. Hotel is very spacious and lots of free parking and amenities. Close to the airport and Oakbrook shopping center, with many variety of restaurants and stores at a walking distance. Would definitely comeback again.

Didn't stay here but was impressed by it's cleanliness and attentive front desk. I was next in line when I received a message that my electricity had been restored at my house. We had lost it due to a storm the day earlier and we're struggling to find suitable hotel. I walked away and was told by one of the front desk people that he'd take care of me even though he was already taking care of someone else. When I told him no thanks, he followed me outside and asked me if they'd done anything wrong. I told him no and showed him the message on my phone about my electricity being back. He didn't want to lose me as a customer. That is someone who really cares about making things right. Maybe next time we're in need of a hotel, we'll choose this one.

The rooms are modern and clean at a reasonable price. The beds are comfortable and you get a decent free breakfast (hot) and plenty of easy parking as well. The location is nearby a lot of good shops and restaurants with easy access to major highways. My only problem with this place is just noise...the walls, doors, and windows seem to do absolutely nothing to block noise. We could hear anything and everything happening our neighbor's room, the random lady shouting at someone outside at 2AM, and to top it all off someone set off the fire alarm at 5AM one day during our stay. Bring your earplugs and try to find some quiet corner in the hotel if you are sensitive to noise.

Very clean establishment. The kitchen is really nice. It's fully stocked with dishes, silverware, toaster, dishwasher, an oven, stove, microwave and a full sized fridge. Pool closed due to covid. They consider a "2 bedroom" to be one bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. We reserved a 2 bedroom and only recieved one. To get the 2 bedroom we asked for it cost another $106.60. I was not happy but considering I came from out of state I really didn't have much of a choice.
